On top of this, they wouldn’t give me a refund. They told me they would resend the product. After the sixth attempt still no product has not been sent. Every time they send a tracking number that doesn’t work.

I’m a single mother barely making ends meet and the only reason I tried it was because of the $5 trial offer. Now my account is in the negatives! At the very least they should wait until the 30 days are up to see if you’d like to continue. Now I have to deal with my bank and those fees. I tried calling to discuss the issue and basically, the girl was like ya sorry but you are screwed. They would not refund the $80 that I didn’t know they were going to sneak and take out of my account.
This is bad business! Shady shady shady! I did not lose one single pound nor did I have this awesome energy they spoke of. I feel very taken advantage of, I feel lied to and used by using the shark tank crew which I thought was legit and sincere. This product sucks and the people who came up with it suck as well! Waste of time, energy, and definitely money! Thanks for putting me in the negative with my bank and helping me to not lose a single pound. Then they added additional products I didn’t even order. But the real scam came when their website conveniently failed to provide a grand total PRIOR to committing to the purchase. I’ve never purchased a product online without the grand total being displayed first, before the purchase.
