Relizen claims to provide relief from hot flashes brought on by menopause.

The active ingredient in Relizen is the cytoplasm of flower pollen found in Sweden that contains nutrients which may reduce hot flashes and night sweats.

Relizen can be classified as an effective product because it is supported by clinical trials and made by a reputable company.

However, while customer reviews on the product website are very positive, there are some negative comments found on independent sources.

Although it’s appreciated that Relizen specifically targets hot flashes and night sweats[4], some women may look for natural menopause supplements that offer more symptom relief.

In general, though, Relizen is a safe and natural supplement which should provide relief from hot flashes and night sweats when taken on a regular basis.

Research says, there are many natural therapies for common menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, and mood swings.

Menopause supplements similar to Relizen i.e. Estrovive, Estrovera, and Avlimil should be evaluated on proven ingredients, ability to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, ability to provide hormonal balance and overall value for money.

  1. I don't know what I was thinking using this supplement
I was having problems with episodes of menopause symptoms, and the main one was the hot flashes. That’s why I got Relizen in the first place with the hope it would help me out by curbing the hot flashes. But it didn’t, and I even wondered what I was thinking of using this supplement. It all started with tingling in my limbs, and before I knew, my mouth was ever dry, and the hot flashes seemed to increase. I went into a dilemma with myself to stop using it, but I assumed that the side effects would wear out. After a couple of weeks, without any signs of improvement and dealing with another side effect of dizziness, I opted to discontinue using Relizen.

  2. It’s not doing much for me
I started taking Relizen after trying a few other products because I kept seeing ads for it popping up all over the place. So I figured what the heck, and purchased a box. Which then turned into two boxes. Now with that completed I have come to see that it is not really doing much for me, since I am still experiencing hot flashes and night sweats. They did stop for a while, but now it’s virtually the same as before I had started using anything. The packaging also recently received a makeover so don’t be alarmed if yours looks different now (but maybe the formula changed, who knows?)

  3. Relizen
I feel cheated! Recommended by my doctor for hot flashes, I subscribed. First shipment worked line magic. Following shipments came in different packaging and hot flashes came back worst than before. I contacted the company they said to give sometime. I did for 6 months and nothing changed. I cancelled!

  4. RELIZEN NEW PACKAGING AND NO LONGER WORKS
I’ve been taking Relizen for several years and noticed that after they changed the packaging, the product isn’t working for me. I called the company to ask if they changed the formula and they said they haven’t. That’s interesting since now when I put it in my mouth, it has a bitter taste and it never had that before. I’m wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the product working after the packaging changed.

  5. Three Stars
My cousin suggested I try this product and very soon I went from having 5-6 hot flashes a day with uncontrollable sweating to none. Although it started working for me after the first few doses, within about 3 months I got some of my hot flashes back and also gained a little weight. However, Relizen has made a significant difference in my quality of life and does diminish about 30% of my hot flashes overall.
