310 Shake Reviews

What is 310 Shake?

310 Shake is a simple meal replacement product that helps dieters achieve their weight loss goals.

The product is marketed very well online, using the latest techniques to attract a younger demographic, such as Instagram and other social media platforms.

310 Shakes
310 Shakes – Meal Replacement Shake

The official 310 Shake site is reasonably informative, containing a brief FAQ section, customer testimonials (again, employing social media outlets) and full ordering details.

The manufacturer of the brand provides all contact details and customer service information although there is no background history, just a short section on the manufacturing process they use.

The product contains high-quality ingredients that have been produced under FDA regulated conditions.

310 Shake Product Details

Like most meal replacement products, 310 Shake is appetite suppressants that work on curb cravings and provide total nutrition in a low calorie, low-fat drink.

There is no actual information on when it should be used, so it is assumed that it would be whatever time the consumer preferred.

However, it appears that for best results, 310 Shake should replace two meals per day.

There is no reference to how much weight loss can be expected or in how much time but it is suggested that the product is used to ‘compliment’ a weight loss program, which implies that the dieter should follow a calorie-controlled diet and exercise on a regular basis.

While the shakes come in 4 main flavors, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, and Mocha, there are numerous recipes they can be used in, giving the dieter more variety in their daily diet.

A full, separate site showing the recipes is linked to on the main information page.

310 Shake has a number of different purchasing options and can be bought alone or as part of a combo pack with other products from the 310 Nutrition range.

A free sample of the product is offered and consumers can enjoy a free gift of either a shake cup or $10 gift card with their purchase.

There is no authorship enrolment for anyone ordering the sample, but consumers can benefit from opting into the preferred customer plan, whereby they receive a one month supply (2 bags) of 310 Shake at a cost of $128.00 per month.

Every single bag is sold for $68.00 and there is a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases.

310 Shake Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Concentrate, Pea Protein, Fibersol, Vitamins A, D, Niacin, Thiamin, Calcium, Folate, Phosphate, Biotin, Stevia

310 Shake’s main purpose is to help the user feel fuller for a longer period of time, leading to less chance of overeating at meal times.

It uses a blend of three main proteins, each with a specific task; Whey Protein Isolate, to work fast in the system to curb hunger.

Whey Protein Concentrate, consisting of numerous amino acids to benefit heart health. A study, published in the British Journal of Nutrition, showed that supplementation with whey proteins improves fasting lipids and insulin levels in overweight people and support weight loss.

Milk Protein Concentrate, the most beneficial in giving a feeling of fullness for up to 7 hours.

Pea Protein is another key ingredient as it suppresses the action of the hormone Ghrelin, responsible for sending ‘hunger signals’ to the brain. One recent study investigated pea protein and showed stronger suppression of appetite compared to whey protein.

Fibersol-2[1], a soluble fiber, improves the internal flora in the digestive system while promoting regularity.

In addition to the benefits of suppressing the appetite, 310 Shake also boosts the metabolism for enhanced fat burning, raises energy levels and reduces sugars from being stored as fat.

The variety of vitamins and minerals added to the formula increase the overall nutritional benefits of the shakes[2] which contain no artificial sweeteners, MSG or soy.

310 Shake Review – Final Verdict

310 Shake is a standard type of meal replacement powder that is marketed in a very attractive manner, making it seem superior to many of the more well-known brands on the market.

The manufacturer gives the impression that the product should simply be incorporated into the user’s lifestyle as a way to enhance their weight loss efforts, rather than stating it can be solely relied upon as a way to lose weight.

While this is appreciated, as a meal replacement it is extremely expensive and while it does contain an impressive amount of good quality proteins and nutrients, this cost is not justified with clinical study or scientific data.

Anyone considering this brand should certainly take advantage of the free sample before making a full purchase.

Look for the other natural weight loss products such as Plexus Slim, Isagenix, and Pruvit Keto-OS available in the market.

‘310 Shake’ can be purchased through their Official WebSite.

  1. May Cause Side Effects
Giving this product a 3 star because the jury’s still out. I did notice a reduction in appetite but not much else. The taste with water alone was enough to choke a mule so I added 2% milk since dietary and health wise I need the calcium anyway, also added 1/2 banana and it was good. The gas and bloating was something I’m not sure will continue or if my body is just getting used to it. I’ll try it for a few more days if the gas continues than it’s a no go.

  2. No pain no gain
I lost my job, and this almost made me depressed. My eating habits changed, and I would console myself with junk foods that led to an increase in body weight and body size. I became conscious of my huge body mass in a family-get-together when my relatives kept commenting on how I looked. My aunt advised me to try 310 Shake since she had used it before for suppressing appetite and reducing weight. I have tried it, and the fact that it curbs hunger, my body weight is reducing, and I look beautiful. The weight loss supplement 310 Shake works perfectly, but the shakes taste awful, leaving you with unpleasant after-taste. I would recommend it to anyone willing to tolerate the bad taste for a weight loss supplement.

  3. Formula needs improvement
If you are purchasing 310 shake should be clear about exactly what you are getting. It is not a hard-core meal replacement shake, since it is very light in the actual nutrients it possesses. I do not feel satisfied after drinking one shake, and frequently still end up eating. As you can see, this is bad since it defeats the purpose. The way I have found to overcome this problem, but I don’t know if it would work for you, is to have a later breakfast coupled with an earlier dinner and fitting in the shake in between the time. This way the hours I need to wait are not exceedingly long, and I have fair nutritional support from the shake.

  4. I’d probably buy it again
There are a lot of really good things out there about 310 Shakes and I know some people that have been very successful with them, so I wanted to try. I have found them to be effective; however, there are some drawbacks. For me, I did not care for the taste of some of them and became bored with the ones I did like. My cravings were still there and I found it hard to avoid foods I shouldn’t eat. So it works, but you have to have a lot of willpower!

  5. Not seeing results
I have heard a lot of good things about 310 Shakes and so I thought it would work for me. I don’t like the taste and find it hard to gulp them down. I got bored with them quick! While using them, I felt so hungry. Hungrier than I was when I tried fasting before! I wanted something that would help control my appetite, not this.

  6. Will not keep you from eating!
I liked these shakes and they tasted good but I thought they were a bit overpriced. They were great for meal replacement and kept me from having to worry about what I was going to eat for breakfast and most lunches. However, they did not keep me from being hungry or keep me from thinking about food. This became a problem at times, especially when I was tired, as my guard was down. It is a great product but simply for meal replacements only. You will also be ingesting many of the vitamins that you need. Don’t expect much else.

  7. Works Great as a Meal Replacement and Weight Loss Aid, but the Flavor Could Use Help
I’ve been back on my fitness game for a while, but I can’t seem to get enough calories or protein in during the day. I eat a mostly vegetarian/pescetarian diet but yet sometimes I just wasn’t hungry. And then when I was hungry I would binge. So I decided to try out 310 Shakes to help control the calorie intake, get a good serving of nutrients and proteins, and still feel satiated. The shakes weren’t terrible, I think I need to try more combinations and they are definitely better with some sort of milk or juice. So if you are looking for something that you can mix with just water, look somewhere else, this isn’t it. I do however feel satisfied and I have lost weight and significantly cut down on my binge eating. Thanks to 310 Shakes I’m on my way to getting healthy again.

  8. I recommend trying it
I absolutely love 310 Shakes! With other products, I suffered from horrible headaches with other products I tried. I also felt sluggish and just low on energy in general. I don’t have any of that with 310 Shakes. I am down 5 pounds already the first week! I have also noticed that I’m going to the bathroom more, but that’s okay. I’m sure I have a lot of water to get rid of. So far, this is the best product I’ve tried for weight loss.

  9. Makes me eat more
When I purchased 310 shake I was hopeful that I would lose some weight and feel healthier, but surprisingly it made me eat more and I actually gained a few pounds. I had read that consuming liquid calories such as shakes do not appropriately signal to your body that you have had enough to eat. I learned this the hard way, because I would consume a shake hoping to replace a meal, only to end up eating the meal anyway. Do you see what my problem is here? I ended up adding extra calories, and now I am even heavier. Be careful with this shake it can throw you for a loop.

  10. Decent Meal Replacement
I expected this shake to taste bad, but it’s pretty good, and it did well to keep me full. However, it’s incredibly expensive compared to others, and it didn’t help me with losing weight as much as I expected it to. Sure, I did lose weight, but I feel like, with everything that’s in it, I should’ve lost a bit more. I wanted to find out more about this, but there aren’t any clinical studies, so I’m not totally sure how valid the results are from what I got with this supplement.
