310 Shake Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

310 Shake’s main purpose is to help the user feel fuller for a longer period of time, leading to less chance of overeating at meal times.

It uses a blend of three main proteins, each with a specific task:

Milk Protein Concentrate

– The most beneficial in giving a feeling of fullness for up to 7 hours.

Pea Protein

– Is another key ingredient as it suppresses the action of the hormone Ghrelin, responsible for sending ‘hunger signals’ to the brain. One recent study investigated pea protein and showed stronger suppression of appetite compared to whey protein [2].

Fibersol-2

– A soluble fiber, improves the internal flora in the digestive system while promoting regularity [3].

In addition to the benefits of suppressing the appetite, 310 Shake also boosts the metabolism for enhanced fat burning, raises energy levels and reduces sugars from being stored as fat.

310 Shake Review – Final Verdict

310 Shake is a standard type of meal replacement powder that is marketed in a very attractive manner, making it seem superior to many of the more well-known brands on the market.

The manufacturer gives the impression that the product should simply be incorporated into the user’s lifestyle as a way to enhance their weight loss efforts, rather than stating it can be solely relied upon as a way to lose weight.

While this is appreciated, as a meal replacement it is extremely expensive and while it does contain an impressive amount of good quality proteins and nutrients, this cost is not justified with clinical study or scientific data.

Anyone considering this brand should certainly take advantage of the free sample before making a full purchase.

Look for the other natural weight loss products such as Plexus Slim, Isagenix, and Pruvit Keto-OS available in the market.

    May Cause Side Effects
Giving this product a 3 star because the jury’s still out. I did notice a reduction in appetite but not much else. The taste with water alone was enough to choke a mule so I added 2% milk since dietary and health wise I need the calcium anyway, also added 1/2 banana and it was good. The gas and bloating was something I’m not sure will continue or if my body is just getting used to it. I’ll try it for a few more days if the gas continues than it’s a no go.

    No pain no gain
I lost my job, and this almost made me depressed. My eating habits changed, and I would console myself with junk foods that led to an increase in body weight and body size. I became conscious of my huge body mass in a family-get-together when my relatives kept commenting on how I looked. My aunt advised me to try 310 Shake since she had used it before for suppressing appetite and reducing weight. I have tried it, and the fact that it curbs hunger, my body weight is reducing, and I look beautiful. The weight loss supplement 310 Shake works perfectly, but the shakes taste awful, leaving you with unpleasant after-taste. I would recommend it to anyone willing to tolerate the bad taste for a weight loss supplement.
  3. Vincent T

    Formula needs improvement
If you are purchasing 310 shake should be clear about exactly what you are getting. It is not a hard-core meal replacement shake, since it is very light in the actual nutrients it possesses. I do not feel satisfied after drinking one shake, and frequently still end up eating. As you can see, this is bad since it defeats the purpose. The way I have found to overcome this problem, but I don’t know if it would work for you, is to have a later breakfast coupled with an earlier dinner and fitting in the shake in between the time. This way the hours I need to wait are not exceedingly long, and I have fair nutritional support from the shake.
