Not a nice thing to do to your friends. Totally. Not. Cool.
But I bought some (and paid 65 dollars for ten packets, which means you’re paying 6.50 for an energy drink). Overpriced.
This sales rep sent me the ten packets, which I’m over halfway through right now.
To be blunt, it isn’t working. And it’s likely making things even worse for me.
As I explained to the rep, I was already in ketosis as an adherent of the carnivore diet. And I was doing fine with it. There was no need for me to take ketones. But she insisted that it could be helpful, even if I was in ketosis and that friends of hers tried and it was successful with it.
I have lost no weight with it. In fact, I gained some. The product contains Stevia and no one should be taking sweeteners, not even natural, non-calories, on a ketogenic diet.
While some were okay, some of the assorted packets I was sent are outright awful. The Holy Grail, for instance, is nasty!
So, overpriced, ineffective, and unpalatable.
