Mag R&R Customer Reviews

NO MORE LEG CRAMPS, YEAH!!!!!

I will continue to buy this product! It is the only thing I have ever found that has worked on night leg cramps or restless leg syndrome (that is what it is called).
I am so happy that I was sent the information regarding this product and took the leap of faith and purchased MAG R&R. It is great for me. I am 69 years old and have had problems with night cramps for several years off and on. Now I take two tablets, because three is too many for me, and they work great. I thank God that this product is in my life. – Erica

Not good about submitting reviews. Normally only on products I really like. This has worked great for me. I purchased three more bottles. Wish it was not so expensive. Finally sleeping all the way through the night most of the time. Started working after I got up to three pills. Not having to take anything additional for the leg cramps either. I was taking separate products for leg cramps and sleep. Sleep ones never worked this well. I may have already reviewed this product but I really love it and want to be sure I did. I’d love it more if it was less expensive. ~ review by Amazon Customer

Mag R&R Review – Final Verdict

This sleep aid supplement is making big claims concerning its suitability to support muscle health in the body and grant the user better sleep in the night. It also supports the healing and repair of muscles, especially after tough workouts. Mag R&R may also be enhancing mood balance and stress relief.

On the other hand, considering the speed of action in the body, the supplement seems not to provide faster support. It may also be cumbersome to consume as an effort to support muscles in the body. In addition, it has incorporated a few of the best-known muscle support ingredients. One may thus consider sourcing for other supplements in the market.

There are many people who may have a hard time falling or staying asleep. Consequently, they wake up exhausted and irritable. Effective, natural sleep aids can help return to a normal sleep schedule resulting in improve overall health, mood, and well-being.

    Myasthenia Gravis
My husband was diagnosed with MG several years ago. Every night, he is tormented by severe leg cramps, experiencing them several times throughout the night. Despite trying numerous remedies, we haven’t found relief. I recently came across a supplement and thought it might help. However, after five nights of trying it, he’s on the verge of giving up. If anyone has experience with the excruciating leg cramps associated with MG and has found effective relief, please reach out. We’re feeling desperate.

    This product deserves five stars
I have suffered from night cramps for several years. Finally received a diagnosis of Restless leg syndrome. I tried to pay attention to water intact, potassium, magnesium, and quinine, and nothing I tried helped me to get a good night’s sleep without being awakened by night cramps in my legs and feet. So bad, I had to get out of bed and walk around until the cramp subsided only to get in bed and have the cramping return. Then I tried Mag R&R…it worked immediately! I thought it might be a placebo effect but? Six weeks later…still no cramps at night! It’s a miracle to me.

    Finally something that works
I have leg cramps at night and tried everything on the market and nothing worked. I have had my gall bladder removed and this negatively affects the absorption of Magnesium.

The research I have done, conducted by double-blind studies indicates Magnesium has zero effects on muscle cramps. I have even tried a supplement that was Mag Glycinate in heavier concentrations and it had zero effect.

So, I am not sure what it is in MAG R& R that works but it helped me enormously from the first night. I take 3 as directed. I am afraid to drop the dosage because I don’t want to have the cramps come back.

I do have to be careful when I wake up and the supplement has worn off, not to do any stretching movements or it can trigger a spasm. I am now on day 5 and I will reorder after 21 days to make sure it is the MAG R& R

    MAG R&R Is The Best!
I bought this product for restless legs after reading about it from the Salt Wrap website. I took two the first night and for a few days. After that, only 1 was enough and some nights I didn’t even take any. It was great. When I ran out, I tried another brand, 2 capsules per night, and it didn’t work near well even after about a month. They had a very good write-up, too. I am switching back to MAG R& R.
  5. Sharon Estill

I have already another order in with Amazon so am hoping it continues to work.
I have been talking about it for about a week. Doing really well with the sleeping, and pain in my feet and legs. But, early this morning, I had this reaction of my leg moving down (nerve reaction) and then moving back up.

It was not a good sensation. Nor was it like restless legs because I have had them. I am only taking one at night because it seems enough. I do also take Vit D, Magnesium, B12, and calcium. Will take it again tonight and see if I have this reaction again. Any advice?

  6. Wanda

Took a chance and I sure am glad I did!
I’ve been having sleep issues for years, but I started waking in the middle of the night due to severe muscle spasms.

I’m a Massage Therapist and knew that experiencing muscle spasms like that wasn’t normal, especially for me. Spoke to my Dr. about it and he just suggested more exercise but I’m highly active, maybe too active.

I started researching my problem and read about MAG R&R and thought why not give it a try, I was desperate. I took one pill the first night and when I got into bed, I could feel the Adductor longus muscle already wanting to spasm so I took another pill. I slept all night without waking & without a spasm.

I’ve discovered two pills usually work for me but did have to take three pills one night after experiencing Two muscles spasming at the same time before even getting into bed. I slept through the night without one spasm.

I’ve been taking MAG R&R for Two weeks now and I am so glad I tried them. They work for me and I get the added bonus of being able to fall asleep within 10 minutes of getting into bed unlike the hour or two it use to take for me to fall asleep. I would definitely recommend this product.

  7. Marcia Strom

    I was doubtful.
I have been experiencing extremely painful cramping in the calves, even causing my toes to bend upward and I had no control. I had to get out of bed 2 and 3 times a night to walk it off and it was taking longer and longer to be able to go back to bed. I don’t know how I found Mag R & R but I was desperate. The first night that I took 2 capsules, I had only minor cramping and after that NO MORE CRAMPING. I am knocking on wood hoping this is really the end of the nightly torture. Also, as a plus, I had Shingles and it left my right hand still feeling someone electrocuted. My hand is feeling much better and I never expected or thought that this could be helpful for that problem. Thank you, thank you.
