Couldn’t use it unfortunately – Cant rate higher or lower because after two doses I experienced a severe allergic reaction. My face started with tiny welts then they grew to huge raised welts that spread across my cheeks. I have never had anything affect my face so it added stress to an already badly stressed liver. My naturopath suggested it may have triggered an already brewing autoimmune disorder called lupus(just from the look of the facial welts kind of butterfly pattern). I’m scheduled to have bloodwork done. All this from trying to clean up my toxic liver. I really wanted to try something more than my usual liver flush. On a positive note the customer service is amazing they called me immediately to advise me of a lower dosage but I dare not take one granule after my body responded so negatively.

My only caution is that I have been taking 4 capsules and have recently lost 64 lbs so my vitamin B levels have risen. Now I will reduce to the recommended 2 capsules. (The bottle label says that you can take 2 twice a day which is what I did as my enzyme levels were tripled.)
I found Livatone to be helpful regardless of diet/exercise. But put them together and you have a powerful opportunity to change your body/health/ and overall wellness.
