How Does Lectin Shield Work?

This product is made up of 9 organic Gundry Lectin Shield ingredients which work together to combat the effects of lectin on the body and improve the digestive system.. They both prevent this protein from having a negative effect on your digestion and they also block the cravings for foods rich in lectin. An article in the British Medical Journ looked at whether dietary lectins cause disease[1].

In addition, there are ingredients like D-mannose which foster the growth of good bacteria in the digestive tract, and this helps to improve digestion and ease symptoms.

Lectin Shield is also very high in antioxidants, which do the job of killing harmful free radicals in your system and lowering oxidative stress.

This elevates general health and strengthens the immune system. An article in the International Journal of Medical Science[2] examined free radicals and antioxidants in disease and health.

Here are some of the primary active Lectin Shield ingredients:

Lectin Shield Supplements Facts

Lectin Shield Supplements Facts

    Bladderwrack

    – This is a type of seaweed, and the whole plant has medicinal properties. It’s a potent lectin blocker that prevents the effects of this harmful inflammatory on the body by binding to it. Bladderwrack contains algin, which is a laxative that moves the stool along the digestive tract. An article in Marine Drugs[3] examined the phytochemical constituents and biological activities of this seaweed.

    Vegetable Peptase

    – This is a key enzyme which prevents lectins from causing damage to our bodies and digestive tracts. In addition, it can break down other harmful proteins that may be impeding digestion, including peptidase. A thesis carried out at the the University of Catania examined the use of vegetable proteolytic enzymes in nutritional biotherapy[4].

    Okra

    – This is a vegetable used in cooking in many parts of the world, and it contains raw polysaccharides that bind to lectin and prevent it from causing harm. In other benefits, okra can stop feelings of fatigue from overtaking you. A review published in Molecules [5]examined the nutraceutical significance of okra.

    Really Helps Digestion
Was suffering from very poor gut health the last few months, with bloating and diarrhea frequently. I love the Gundry MD brand, so I decided to order Lectin Shield. It has done so much to ease my aching gut and I’m grateful! Awesome product!
  2. Ela

    Extremely satisfied
Gundry MD Lectin Shield works! For the first time in years, I have a healthy bowel movement almost every day and chronic diarrhea is gone. I tried a cheaper product and had to use twice as much of it to get the same outcome.
  3. Joy C.

    My review of Lectin Shield
I’ve had a very good experience with the digestive side of the formula. Have had a good experience with weight loss also. Hate how much I’m having to cook. The digestive enzymes have really corrected my issues. I’m still working on eating snacks and/or desserts. Most of the menus fill me up. I just started week 3 and I have lost 6 pounds. A diet has not worked for me in years. I do hate cooking and chopping so much, but that is my sacrifice. I would like to get some more menus so I don’t get bored.
  4. Hunter Ciamaichelo

Gundry MD Lectin Shield product has become part of my daily routine
Like most of you reading this Lectin Shield review I too find it hard to avoid lectins. I started taking these pills a month ago and since then I haven’t noticed any indigestion. I would definitely recommend this.
  5. Byron Kaley

I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Gundry MD Lectin Shield worth the money! I have managed to lose around 4lbs of weight in a month taking these pills regularly.
