Before starting on the product, I was fairly regular, going to the bathroom about once a day. After the Bio Complete 3, got into my system, it worked on me as a total colon cleanse.
Basically, it completely emptied my bowels, and I had to use the bathroom multiple times a day, at least once after every meal and snack. Nothing would stay in my bowels.
I’ve quit using it and will not go back. This may be the right product for someone who is constantly constipated, but it’s not for me nor most average people.
