I plan on continuing taking them until I feel regular again. What gives me confidence is its main three ingredients: herbal compounds, probiotics, and minerals.
Now, everyone has a different body and reaction. I am just speaking about my experience, and it has been a positive one. I also drink plenty of water so that also helps.
Don’t expect a miracle pill unless you do your part too. I’d highly recommend this product.
