Modern lifestyles have become increasingly fast-paced and sedentary. We don’t have time to cook healthy, home-cooked meals from scratch and instead rely more on processed foods.
As a result, our diets have changed dramatically. We consume more refined carbs, sugars, unhealthy fats, and artificial ingredients.
These changes in lifestyle and diet are taking a toll on our digestive health. Problems like acidity, bloating, constipation, and IBS have become very common.
Our gut plays a pivotal role in overall health, hosting trillions of bacteria that affect immunity, brain function, weight, and more.
Prioritizing gut health through diet and lifestyle can support long-term health and enhance overall well-being. Probiotics and prebiotics aid in supporting the gut.
Therefore, we have found an amazing product for supporting gut health that may help support your overall health. Let’s take a look at the Advanced Restorative Probiotic Supplement by Activated You, a 30-strain probiotic in every capsule.
Our expert Jacomie Nel, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, went through the strains, the label, and real customer feedback for this Advanced Restorative Probiotic review, so you can decide if it fits your routine.

How We Evaluated This Product?
ActivatedYou says Advanced Restorative Probiotic helps colonize your system with billions of healthy bacteria to support digestion, mood, and energy. With probiotics, the details that matter most are the strains and the count. So our expert Jacomie Nel, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, went through the official Supplement Facts, the full strain list, and published research on key strains, then looked at the brand’s testing and refund terms.
What Jacomie found was largely positive. Of the 30 strains, 22 are listed with their exact strain codes, like L. rhamnosus GG and L. acidophilus La-14, which makes it easy to match them to research. The 30 billion CFU count sits within the range many daily probiotics offer. And quality and potency testing, plus a 90-day refund that covers even empty bottles, is what gives the formula extra credibility.
For the best experience, take one capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water.
How Does ActivatedYou Advanced Restorative Probiotic Work?
The Advanced Restorative Probiotic by Activated You employ a comprehensive approach to support gut health and overall well-being. With a blend of 30 scientifically researched probiotic strains, this supplement supports survival through the stomach’s acidity and thrives in the gut. Using easy-swallow vegetarian capsules, it delivers these probiotics to the intestines.
In the intestines, the probiotics attach to the gut walls and grow, overpowering harmful bacteria. They create an unfriendly environment for pathogens by producing acids like lactic acid, lowering the pH, and inhibiting pathogenic growth. Furthermore, they support the gut lining, helping manage inflammation and supporting a healthy gut barrier.
These probiotics also interact with gut and immune cells, regulating the immune response and helping manage inflammation. Additionally, they produce essential vitamins, such as B and K, impacting overall health, metabolism, and hormone function. Thus, the supplement promotes optimal gut health by improving digestion, nutrient absorption, and immunity, ultimately contributing to total body wellness from within.
Advanced Restorative Probiotic Ingredients – Are They Safe and Effective?
The supplement has a number of natural ingredients which are helping the body to get rid of stubborn materials that clog the colon as well as eliminate the toxins from the gut hence allowing the digestion processes in the body to go on smoothly. Some of the ingredients by which the supplement supports digestion in the body include:
Good Bacteria – Species of Lactobacillus Bacteria
Advanced Restorative contains good bacteria that help balance the enzymes in your body, ensuring that the food you eat gets properly digested. When your body’s hormones are out of balance, it can lead to uneven digestion, leaving some food undigested.
Advanced Restorative has various species of Lactobacillus Bacteria. It is one of the most common types of probiotic bacteria found in the gut. Some of the main strains of Lactobacillus include –
- L. acidophilus helps produce vitamins and lactase enzymes for digestion.
- L. casei supports immune function and reduces inflammation. We have also explained about L. casei and its benefits in our Morning Complete Reviews.
- L. plantarum aids nutrient absorption and blocks harmful bacteria. We have explained about Lactobacillus Plantarum and its benefits in our Perfect Biotics article.
Research suggests these Bacteria strains from Lactobacillus probiotics for the prevention of a variety of diseases and conditions.[2] Apart from these key bacteria, this supplement has 20+ more good bacteria strains to support our health. The presence of these bacteria in Advanced Restorative Probiotics makes sure we achieve a healthy gut and overall health benefits.
Microcrystalline Cellulose
Microcrystalline Cellulose is a dietary fiber that is found in plant-derived foods. It is the indigestible part of plant foods that passes relatively unchanged through the digestive system.
While often used as a dietary fiber control, MCC has been found to have favorable effects on gut health. It can also reduce lipid levels by affecting enzymes related to fat metabolism. It also helps in the total dissolution of clogging materials in the gut, which, in most cases, makes the user have a bloated stomach. This results in a healthier gut since all that matter is expelled from the gut of the user.
How To Use
- Take 1 capsule daily with a full glass of water.
- Best taken with a meal, ideally in the morning.
- Keep it away from hot drinks like coffee or tea.
- For best results, take consistently every day.

Works like magic!!
I have had digestive issues for 27 years. I lost my gall bladder in 2017 and my digestion has gotten worse and I continue to gain. I have been taking ActivatedYou for 2+ months. I feel so good and energized when I take the morning complete. My digestion is good until just after lunch now. I have even gotten to the point of having a second cup as a back between lunch and dinner. This has seemed to slow down the inflammation in the gut that I get no matter what I eat. I am excited to see if once I can get my gut under control I can start to lose some weight.~Celena.
