    Procera AVH really works
I started using this product in my late 50’s (10-12 years ago) to help with memory and focus (e.g.s ‘brain fog’; word retrieval, losing a car in the parking lot, etc.) I began taking it in combination with Procera Ceraplex (also marketed as Procera Protect). One of the supplements ‘cleans’ the brain, the other oxygenates it, but I am not sure which is which. I started with the dose recommended on both bottles (3 a day). Within 10 days (no lie), there was marked improvements in my memory. Within 30 days, I felt like my ‘younger brain’ returned to full function. It was pretty amazing. However, after 3 months, I reduced the dose of each supplement to one tablet a day as I started getting headaches. I have a history of migraines, so I thought there might be a connection. At the lower dose, the headaches went away, but the memory function benefits continued. I would provide the product a 5-star review and I continue to take it every day.

Because I take other medication, I reviewed both products with my general practitioner, who did not object to me taking it and did not think it would interfere with other medications I was on. This year (age 68), I saw a return of some of the brain fog so I am now taking one Procera AVH and one Procera Protect a day and that seems to be effective for me.

    Really works but gradual
I heard this advertised on the radio for several years. When my mother’s health started to decline for various reasons, I decided to try it on her and myself. I noticed that after about a month, neither one of us were reaching for words near as much. Over time it got better and better, less brain fog, and improved memory. We were on it for over two years. If you are sitting on the fence, I encourage you to try it. You will be glad you did. This is your brain health we are talking about!
