No big deal, we were able to find them by looking at the back of the canister.

Looking at the label, it is written 25 grams of protein. No further details were added. The formula also contains 12 grams of sugar and 0.5 grams of fiber. The fat content is just 1 gram. Aside that, Almased has been enriched with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, C, E, B, iron and calcium

The manufacturer recommends using the meal replacement shake in combination with a diet plan that has been made available on the official website. Concerning the preparation of the shake, you are advised to take 8 spoons and mix it with water or milk.
