I find that very deceiving. I did not get a response to cancel my order, instead, I got an email saying the order had been shipped. I don’t understand how a company can advertise giving 24/7 support when clearly they don’t.
I also don’t understand how there was the staffing to send my order out, but not to see I had immediately written to cancel my order. I will decline the order when it arrives, but I am also needing the refund I am so clearly told I can get.

The product was returned almost 3 weeks ago, but no refund or any communication from the company. They advertise a money-back guarantee, but so far are not honoring their word.

The next thing I know, the order went thru. They decided to take it upon themselves to just place the order instead of contacting me. I immediately asked them to cancel the order. I did not get a response.
I emailed them again to cancel the order. Several days later I get the product and my credit card was charged. I have since emailed them over 5 times with no response.
Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company and hope I can get a return label and get a credit. Will NEVER consider them for anything.
