What is Wellsprings Serenity Natural Progesterone Cream?

Wellsprings Serenity Natural Progesterone Cream is a bioidentical progesterone cream used by women to alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause. Marketed as an alternative to Hormone Replacement Therapy, the active ingredient in this cream is natural progesterone, a hormone that declines after age 40.

Low progesterone symptoms include irritability, fatigue, irregular or frequent menstruation, low sex drive, hot flashes, insomnia, weight gain, and mood swings. Each 2.1 oz jar of Serenity contains 1,260 mg of bioidentical USP Pharmaceutical grade Natural Progesterone extracted from plant saponins.

How Does It Work?

In contrast with taking a progesterone supplement, Wellsprings Serenity Natural Progesterone Cream contains an advanced liposomal formula that allows for 97-100 percent progesterone absorption by the skin. The cream should be applied each morning and evening to the fatty tissue areas of the body, including the thighs, hips, buttocks, upper arms, and lower abdomen. The cream should be massaged into a different body part each time it is applied.

The manufacturer recommends using a double dosage –1/4 teaspoon instead of 1/8 teaspoon) during the first month of application. Each 1/8 teaspoon contains 15 mg of natural progesterone.

According to the manufacturer, a healthy woman will naturally produce 20-25 mg of progesterone during the second half of her monthly menstrual cycle, so this cream attempts to mimic the body’s natural production of progesterone.

Wellsprings Serenity Natural Progesterone Cream Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

    twenty-1 creme VS capsule
I love the Twenty – 1 creme and it works wonders for me however I was thinking to switch to capsules. But would like to see some reviews on that particularly. And if I was to switch could I just go straight into taking the capsule once I’m done with the cream.

    Wonder cream
I have used Wellsprings Serenity cream for a year now and can report an amazing difference to my health and wellbeing.

I suffered terribly with night sweats and insomnia for years. At 51 I had my last period and it all went downhill from there.

I developed vulval skin problems. Itching and sweating like never before. I couldn’t sleep for more than 2 hours at a time, however tired I became. My hair started to fall out and my overall skin condition was excessive dryness and flaking.

In desperation, I trawled the internet for months. Researching everything, and finally came up with the choice to try Wellsprings Serenity cream.

Wow! within a few months, people were complimenting me on how well I was looking, even to the degree of one person asking, Have you had work done with a wink in her eye. My mood was so much better, I started to feel energised and my skin complaints were gone. It did take a few months, but the difference in me is amazing! I have energy, my sleep has improved and is of better quality. My hair has stopped falling out and my skin is glowing. I cannot say that it will work for you as it has me, but what I can say, is 100% give it a go. I would not be without this cream now. I did not change any other part of my lifestyle while trying the cream. My supplements were as they had always been, this way I could give it an honest chance.

My daughter had 10 years of IVF which left her bloated, lardy and irritable and with terrible skin and horrendous headaches. She was told she had estrogen dominance from all the medication given to her during the IVF episodes… She tried the cream too, but with a break for her period, and has never looked back. her gynecologist has been blown away by the change in my daughter’s mood and appearance.

Two generations of a woman taking Wellsprings and transformed must count for something.

If you are otherwise healthy, but suffering from the symptoms that progesterone cream may be able to help you with. Give it a go. If you want one make that we would recommend, then Wellsprings Serenity is the one to try.

For people worrying about getting the correct measure…We went on eBay and purchased a set of cooks measuring spoons that had a 1/8th measure in the set.

Hope that helps anyone out there, pondering on what to do.
