The primary ingredients in this product are:

Magnesium

One study found that this is an essential mineral in the human body, which can be derived from many foods[1]. It has many diverse functions in the body, including protein synthesis, muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, bone structure, and lowering blood pressure.

This mineral is also essential to life and functioning. It can be derived from many source of calcium, notably dairy products. Vitamin D plays a crucial role in supporting women during menopause. Ageless Female Reviews explained that Adequate levels of vitamin D may help alleviate menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, mood swings, and bone health. It is essential for maintaining overall well-being and promoting a smooth transition through this stage of life.

Biotin:

    Large size pills of Gynovite
These vitamins’ composition appealed to me. It contains adequate amounts of essential nutrients. Taking 6 per day, on the other hand, was a bother for me, and I don’t do well with huge pills.
