49 y/o male Ironman and thought this may be a good idea to take my heavy training load. Noticed little effect after taking for 2+ months. I thought maybe it had just cleared up on its own, so I didn’t reorder Neprinol when I finished the bottle. Then a week or so later, the pain came back. I ordered a second bottle and lo and behold! The pain went away and is completely gone. I will never be without this amazing miracle product, even though I don’t really understand how or why it works.
