What is in the Advanced Body Creator?

This light and very fragrant gel is intended for use on the entire body, with special emphasis placed on those areas that tend to accumulate cellulite; Shisheido claims that Advanced Body Creator can actually speed up the burning of adipose tissue as well as prevent new fat cells from forming in general throughout.

With twice daily massages, many users claim that this product gives good results, up to a 12% reduction in girth, in just under two weeks. However, it is specifically stated that, the more times a day the product is applied, the quicker and greater the results will be.

The product has been formulated in collaboration with a Swiss medical professor, and Shisheido’s studies would testify to the fact that they definitely might be on to something unique.

The gel is easily absorbed and has a citrus, spice and a Koroho scent to it. This last fragrance is that of an ancient Japanese plant used for perfumes over the centuries.

This product would appear to have it all: exotic, sensual and scientifically designed.

Ingredients of Advanced Body Creator

There are both natural and laboratory designed ingredients in Body Creator. The organic ingredients includes

Caffeine

– Caffeine has been proven to be especially effective for its role in diminishing the appearance of cellulite in a great number of cellulite products.[1]

Poria cocos extract

– Poria cocos extract is used in traditional Chinese medicine It contains a lot of beta-glucan, a potent humectant that boosts the production of collagen and fortifies the skin barrier. Proteins and organic acids are also present in Poria Cocos for optimal skin cell function without altering the pH levels of your skin. Your face remains moisturized because it also enhances the local activity of hyaluronic acid within the skin.[2]

Grapefruit oil

– One of the essential oils that aromatherapists frequently use to treat cellulite is grapefruit oil. Its cleansing, slimming, and circulation-enhancing qualities assist the body to lose water retention and cellulite.[3]

Western hawthorn extract

– Helps to free fatty acids, burn fat, and prevent the formation of new adipose tissue.

Fragrance SLM (Spicy Lemon Mixture)

– Shisheido incorporates its own special substance, which accelerates the body’s fat metabolism by acting directly through the Sympathetic Nervous System and the organs that control scent. When SLM is detected, there is an increase in the liberation of noradrenaline which, in turn, increases the available amount of UCP3 Protein so that this last element can turn on the burning power and start to metabolize free fatty acids.

Does This Gel Work?

Since the product was introduced, there have been extremely positive reviews by those who have tried it. Many feel that there is an overall improvement in the look and the texture of their skin, and some report a minimal amount of reduction in overall body volume. By no means has anyone stated that it performs miracles or is capable of slimming the body down in the same way that diet and exercise can, but it was difficult to find any real negative things about Body Creator.

Any product this expensive that needs to be massaged into the entire body for several seconds at least twice a day is a serious commitment in terms of both time and money.

However, Shisheido’s Advanced Body Creator appears to be giving solid results, despite its unusually lofty claims. Most cellulite products are aimed at improving the superficial appearance of the skin in those areas troubled by cellulite; Body Creator would make us believe that the gel goes way beyond that simple call to duty. If it is true, and customers are satisfied, it could be worth the investment.

Cellulite refers to fat deposits under the surface of the skin giving it a dimpled, irregular appearance. The vast majority of women have cellulite, some estimates are as high as 90 percent. Cellulite is routinely found in the thighs, hips, buttocks, and stomach. Unfortunately, maintaining an optimal body weight, eating healthy, staying active, and even regular exercise may not be enough to combat cellulite.

Below you'll find some of the most effective cellulite formulations on the market today, in our opinion.

    weird smell, good product
Strange smell; I haven’t noticed any changes, but it’s difficult to assess and quite subjective when talking about cellulitis improvement. Using this is not worthwhile if you don’t maintain a healthy diet and workout routine. The Shiseido name is excellent, and the substance appears to be decent, however the fragrance really bothered me. It smells like grass or anything green from your backyard.
