I just want to be clear: It is Ketogenix and their sales. I don’t know if Keto GenX is the same. But KetoGenix is a scam company. Their number is 844-482-1455 bad, bad deal. She wrote: ‘I never received a total prior to finalizing my transaction. When I checked my bank account 6 minutes later, I had been charged $198.70! When I called to dispute this and ask to cancel the transaction, they said I couldn’t because the product was already out for delivery. When I checked the tracking number given to me there was no information. Then I was told that a supervisor had canceled the transaction only to find that the money was still not back in my account 2 days later. This is a very disreputable way to do business.’
In my case, I thought it was $39.95 for all six bottles, not each bottle. Amazon was selling it for $49.95 for five bottles. I thought this was a discount from the seller. It was not. I called immediately to cancel and I was told I could not cancel as it was already processed. They did offer to modify the order to one bottle and refund me the rest. But, how could they do this if it was already processed and sent out for delivery? They refused any refund. They did not show me the invoice before I pressed purchase, which any reputable business would do. Not this one. I purchased this on March 1. Today is March 12. They have held my money for 12 days. They say they will not refund if you put ‘return to sender’ on the package. They said that forfeits the refund! You must call for a return label. OK. I did. They said they will send it to me by email within 48 hours! Then it may take a week to reach them and then they can take up to 7 to 10 days to refund the money back to my bank account. They will probably have had access to my money for a month before I get it back. They charge $8 postage for the return label. They want a $5 per bottle restocking fee even though I not only have not opened a bottle, I have not even opened the package! I raised hell with them and they claim they will waive the restocking fee. They did this after I threatened to write to the Federal Trade Commission about their shady business practices. They are still charging me for postage and won’t let me pay the postage myself. In my case, I might pay for overnight postage just so I can get it back in their hands to hasten the processing of my refund. I do not know if Ketogenix — see that spelling — is any good as a product. I only know that the company by that name exhibits shady business practices. I had asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would not make one available. I asked for a corporate headquarters, they said they did not have one as they were online. The Returns Department is in Phoenix Arizona. Any one who deals with this company is likely to be in for a rude surprise. Any one who reads my review here should let everyone they know about it, that Ketogenix is not a reputable company. There is no where on the website to leave a review. That’s why I am here. I would give zero starts if permitted.
