As soon as I received the second order, I immediately contacted them again, informing them that I was returning it and requesting a refund. I shipped it back the very next day, well within the 30-day refund window. It has now been 30 days since I returned their product, and I have yet to receive any refund. When I called again, I was told that it was now beyond the 30-day refund period, despite them having received their product back, as confirmed by the tracking information. This situation feels like a scam.

I had not wanted these other tablets, had never heard of them,& they had not been mentioned by the company before my payment for the ketoslim had been made!!!!!not being very computer literate I tried right away to cancel the order by email, followed by a second email & various phone calls by me to the phone number offered by the company if you had any queries…to no avail.
The ketoslim tablets turned up on the Thursday after the original order,&5 DAYS LATER, THE SUM OF £29.15 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL MY BANKCARD, AND I AM SO ANGRY WITH MYSELF FOR BEING SO STUPID IN THE DORST PLACE TO TRUST THIS COMPANY& TO TAKE THEM AT FACE VALUE!!!!
All I wanted was to lose the excess weight that has so made me become depressive,& instead, this company has totally left me belittled! They try to get out of any association by saying that the other tablets belong to different companies to themselves, but it is the KETO SLIM COMPANY THAT YOU HAVE TO SIGN UP TO ORIGINALLY!
