For the last 5 months, I have been on the phone no less than 10 times and have been lied to repeatedly. I did receive a refund for one bottle, however, since then I have been told every excuse in the book.
‘The check is on its way’, ‘You already received your refund and cashed it’, and the list goes on. They are criminals and the poor people they have answering the calls, I do have sympathy for them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

They automatically charged me the next month for another 6 months’ supply which I did not order from them. I contacted them immediately and they told me to wait and send them back for a full refund. HA. I shipped them back they told me at first that they did not receive them all back.
I showed them proof of the tracking number from the US Postal Service that they had received them. Then they said it will take a couple of weeks to process my refund. They were only going to give me a partial refund for both orders.
I explained to them that I did not place an order for the second shipment of pills. This is a complete scam if I ever saw one. They contacted me in December finally telling me that they were experiencing difficulties refunding my money into my account. So they told me that they were going to issue me a check back in December 2022 now it is January of 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund check.
If I could rate this company a minus I would. SO PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM AS I DID. YOU WILL REGRET ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS FALSE COMPANY. When you call them on the phone you will not be speaking to an American you will be speaking to a person from India. We need to Start a Class Action Lawsuit against Companies like this.

So I called and talked to a man who stopped the auto-shipping well, I got 2 more bottles. I received the RMA numbers finally and sent everything back on 11.1.2022. They told me that I had to pay for the return shipping and that $8 per bottle, which with all that they sent is $48, would be charged as a restocking fee. They are trying to make you give up and keep them.
I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges because I made a single order of Keto F1. I also feel that I should not have had to pay the restocking fee since I was never told that there would be one. Would give them a negative rating if it was possible. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
