    Decent guidance, but results slower than advertised
    I joined Beyond Body with high hopes and liked the planning tools and daily check-ins, but realistically the weight loss was slower than implied. The guidance is decent, but I found myself plateauing early, and it felt like more effort than payoff. It’s not bad just not nearly as transformational as the marketing suggests.

    Bad APP Doesn't ask for allergies
    Not asking for allergies and meal plans constantly including ingredients I am allergic to didn’t work for me. The app doesn’t allow me to add my own foods and the app is not easy to use like other apps. I do like their articles and tips! But the app and the meal plan were not easy to use or helpful for me personally.
