    Helps but not a cure!!
    This helps relieve some of the symptoms such as hot flashes, but it’s not a miracle cure. Symptoms still creep in and they are not totally gone. They are more gone than here, but I don’t want to share unrealistic expectations. For the cost, I think it performs as well as could be expected.
