What Is Herbal Equilibrium?

Women offer Herbal Equilibrium to Women. Herbal Equilibrium is a doctor-developed herbal remedy that provides natural, gentle, and holistic relief for menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms caused by fluctuations in estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone[2].

The company’s philosophy is that the imbalance causes many diseases and conditions, and while the body can heal itself, this is designed to give it that extra nudge.

The most important component in the formulation may be the black cohosh extract. This is common in most supplements, as many believe it to be very effective in addressing symptoms such as hot flashes[3].

Then, there’s also the trio of wild yam, chaste tree berry, and passionflower. These ingredients help to get relief from symptoms like irritability, anxiety, and insomnia[4].

This is rather vital for women going through menopause because this is believed to stave off mood swings. There’s also the herbal extract called Ashwagandha. This is thought to stabilize libidos.

Herbal Equilibrium Review – Final Verdict

Some positive feedback may back this menopause supplement, but the number of disappointed clients is significant as well. Some women didn’t feel the difference even after taking the product for more than a week. Some have even suffered cramps along the way, which could be a cause for concern.

If you want help, then it’s best that you look elsewhere. Go for medicines that are highly recommended by health experts. Unfortunately, Herbal Equilibrium isn’t one of them.

Switched to Herbal Equilibrium from Estrogen Pills
If you are looking for a way to control hot flashes and night sweats resulting from menopause, but want to stop using prescription estrogen pills, Herbal Equilibrium is a good alternative.

I’ve been using it for years, and it effectively controls menopausal symptoms. The pill is rather large and sometimes hard to swallow. It is also more expensive that prescription hormone medications.

However, if I stop taking them, the symptoms return within days. Otherwise, I have experienced no side effects and easily tolerate Herbal Equilibrium and prefer it to pharmaceutical estrogen. I have recommended this to female friends and family members.

Caused depression! Not work for me!
I decided to try this supplement to help relieve symptoms of perimenopause. I felt that I had done enough research and had the results of the quiz to back up my decision. I began taking in August, took one tablet a day so the first bottle lasted 2 months. Near the end of the first bottle started noticing a cough. Really didn’t think to consider the correlation as I just figured I was getting a cold. When I started taking the second bottle I was still having a cough, but no real cold like symptoms, I was coughing enough to notice and wondered about allergies or possible other causes. A week or so into the second bottle I became busy and was forgetting to take them everyday. Up until last week I was taking one every other day. No other supplements had changed. I noticed that the day after I took this supplement I was experiencing a deep depression. I felt very low and was having trouble doing my daily routine, like dishes and laundry without feeling a great sense of despair. The days after, with no prior supplement I felt almost normal. It took few days to put it all together, but each day I would take the supplement after a day of not taking it, the depression and despair hit me harder. After stopping this supplement last week I feel normal, not depressed, and not overcome by a sense of despair and the cough has stopped completely with never having developed into a cold.
