Most women enter into this transition in their 50s, and because of that, this product is said to use ingredients that are safe for people in their mid-age.

So to help out, the Menopause Support Supplement formulation is said to supply important ingredients that may work to restore hormonal balance in the body. When this happens, users may expect to experience fewer cases of mood fluctuation, improved headaches, and others.

A: Directions for Equate Menopause Support — The recommended dosage is one capsule a day with a meal. Take it for a minimum of 2 months, but not for more than 10 weeks. For best results, daily use for a minimum of 60 days is recommended.

One review says, “For the longest time, I was waking up soaking wet and was going out of my mind wondering what in the world was wrong with my body. Was it premenopause? Alot of people told me it might be. And if you have night sweats you KNOW that this is NOT a good feeling. So my mom found these at Walmart and I gave them a try. I took them one night (woke up dry). I took the next night (same). And I continued to wake up not having to wash and wash and wash my pj’s. Now there are some nights that it failed on me and I woke up soaked again. But here’s the catch. You have to take these CONSISTENTLY. I found that the best time to take these is between 6-8 but no later than that. If you miss a day of taking them you’ll be ok but I wouldn’t suggest going more than 2. But I can say these really do work on night sweats. My doctor actually prescribed me a pill that had me crying like crazy because he didn’t dig far enough. So I was so so happy to find something that could give me peace of mind! At first, I thought I got sent extra but what happened was I ordered 2 So when I got 4 I realized no you ordered two sets or two.” ~ by Tiffany M. Spencer

Equate Menopause Support Review – Final Verdict

Menopause support adds to the number of many other dietary formulations that promise complete multi-symptom support to women who are transitioning to menopause. The thing that sets this product apart is it is touted as an estrogen-free and drug-free solution to the problem, and that it may offer weight loss qualities to women in their menopausal ages.

Another reason why individuals may want to give this supplement a go is that all its ingredients are well known, and have been backed by studies to influence hormonal balance.

Different findings agree that there are many hormonal changes when the body is preparing to enter the menopause phase. As such, this product may reduce the frequency of night sweats, hot flashes, ease headaches, and mood swings and improve the quality of life.

However, the fact that the manufacturer of this product has not shared their official website and that it is sold through retailer sites may bar people who prefer getting their supplements directly from a company’s website.

Top on that, besides the ingredients, there is very scanty information on other basic information surrounding the product, for instance, it’s not clear whether taking it as a protective solution will avert menopausal symptoms. There are similar products that promise to offer the same support to women who are undergoing menopause.

Fortunately, natural therapies for menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, and mood swings are available. Since many women experience weight gain during menopause, many natural menopause supplements contain herbs and botanicals that support a healthy metabolism. Menopause supplements should be evaluated on proven ingredients, ability to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, ability to provide hormonal balance and boost libido and its overall value.

Below you'll find some of the most effective menopause supplements on the market today, in our opinion.

No side effect of Equate Menopause but....
For the longest time, I woke up drenched and perplexed, wondering what in the world was happening with my body. Was this menopause? So my mother discovered these on Amazon, and I tried them, but they were ineffective.
