Who is the Manufacturer of Ocuprime?

Ocuprime, developed by Dan Trout, is made from natural ingredients designed to support healthy vision. They’ve carefully reviewed more than 60 clinical studies to choose the right ingredients for promoting eye health, even in low-light conditions.

According to the manufacturer, each bottle of OcuPrime is backed by a full 60-day guarantee. You can try it without any risk and observe its effects on your eyes and vision

How Does Ocuprime Work?

Ocuprime contains powerful antioxidants which eliminate damaging free radicals, lowering levels of oxidative stress. This helps repair damage to the retina and visual cortex. In addition, it provides general health benefits, protects from UV rays, and strengthens the immune system.

A study on mice in Cell Death and Disease concluded that antioxidants lower inflammation and preserve visual function in neurotrauma[1].

Ocuprime also decreases inflammation, all contributing to eye health and improved vision. Some nutrients maintain the clarity of the cornea, and others directly improve eyesight and reduce the risk of developing degenerative eye conditions.

An article in Antioxidants discussed the nutrients which may effectively help prevent macular degeneration[2].

Other nutrients like magnesium are key for eye health maintenance. This formula can boost the production of the protein rhodopsin, which improves eyesight in low light conditions for enhanced night vision.

An article in the Journal of Physiology discussed the key role of rhodopsin in preventing night blindness[3].

Ocuprime Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

ocuprime vision support formula supplement facts

Ocuprime Supplement Facts

The ingredients are 100% pure and organically sourced. There are over 60 clinical studies showing the efficacy of the ingredients. For most users results appear in about a week. There are no harmful chemical or artificial additives. These are some of the primary active ingredients:

Magnesium

– This nutrient has a number of key roles in the body, such as promoting heart, muscle, and nerve health. It’s also very important in the development and health maintenance of the eyes.

In addition, it improves ocular blood flow. An article in Journal of Basic and Clinical Physiology and Pharmacology discussed the possible role of magnesium in preventing ocular diseases[4].

Quercetin

Quercetin is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which may help reduce inflammation in the eyes and can be beneficial for conditions like uveitis and other inflammatory eye diseases. Some studies suggest that this ingredients can also help protect the eyes from damage caused by UV light exposure. Due to these benefits, it is often included in eye health supplements like Eagle Eye X20, a natural supplement designed to enhance and restore vision.

Lycopene

– Lycopene is a red pigment and carotenoid present in red/orange fruits and vegetables like tomatoes and carrots. Explored in our comprehensive reviews of Nuzena Vision Support +, lycopene has powerful antioxidant properties that repair damage to the eyes, potentially preventing conditions like cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.

A study published in the Journal of Controlled Release found that lycopene improves retinal delivery enhancement. Including lycopene-rich foods in your diet may provide additional support for maintaining healthy vision[5].

Vitamin C

– This powerful antioxidant has many benefits for health and immunity. It repairs damage to the eyes, improves vision, decreases inflammation, and slows the development of related conditions, as discussed in our Clear Crystal Vision reviews article.

Vitamin C, found abundantly in fruits and vegetables, plays a crucial role in supporting the health of blood vessels, including those in the eyes. Its antioxidant properties may contribute to preventing eye conditions associated with oxidative stress. – Dr. Michael Greger, Physician

It’s especially effective when combined with other nutrients like lutein and vitamin A. An article in Nutrients discussed the potential of Vitamin C in delaying the onset of cataracts[6].

Lutein

– This is a carotenoid which is high in anti-inflammatory agents which decrease swelling in the eyes. It also has antioxidant power which repairs damage to the retina and visual cortex. In our Eyetamins article, we have thoroughly documented the presence of this ingredient, offering comprehensive insights and analysis

Lutein is important for maintaining the health of the macula, the part of the eye responsible for central vision. A diet rich in lutein-containing foods, such as leafy greens and colorful vegetables, can contribute to better eye health. – Dr. Michael Roizen, Chief Wellness Officer

Lutein improves eyesight, especially in combination with other nutrients like Zeaxanthin. A review in Nutrients explored the positive impact of lutein on eye health.

Zeaxanthin

This carotenoid has potent antioxidant potential, and may both repair damage to the eyes and protect from UV rays and other environmental agents. Zeaxanthin is also effective for reducing the risk of developing cataracts and age-related eye disorders, as we described in our Sightcare Supplement Reviews article.

There’s some evidence that it improves vision, especially when combined with other nutrients. A review published in Nutrients discussed the role Zeaxanthin and lutein play in preventing age-related macular degeneration[7].

I would and will continue to purchase this product. From complete white out blind in left eye to seeing shapes and color. MUCH MUCH HUGELY BETTER AFTER 3 bottles
This stuff is great. I was entirely blind in my left eye all I saw was white. Now I see shapes and collar after 3 bottles over 6 months. I will continue to take it as IT FLIPPING WORKS…YEP!!! You may have noticed I did not take it like I should have these 3 bottles should have been gone in 3 months. But I have a very chaotic life and took it when I could. It is well worth every sent and I can hardly wait to see what another 3 bottles will do. HAPPY ME!!!

  2. Kate

    Terrible product
I was taking other supplements for vision and was getting somewhat better. I ordered a 6-month supply and my vision has been gradually getting worse. I am now on the last month and will NOT ever be ordering again.

I am 70+yo. As first mentioned, I was getting so I could read my computer without squinting or using my glasses. Now, I have trouble seeing what is right in front of me. These have NOT helped at all. I will be glad when they are gone. The worse investment I have ever made.

  3. John Hill

This is a perfect case of 'Buyer Beware'.
I have not been to an optometrist yet to have an evaluation of my condition; however, given what is obvious to me I believe what I have is the beginning stages of cataracts.

My left eye has what I would describe as having a milky film over the entire object being viewed. My vision is no more blurry then before, it’s just that objects are viewed through this milky film.

I suppose I should have gotten a professional opinion before wasting money on this product, but that’s me. Regardless, I called and spoke with a representative of Ocuprime and was told that, yes, Ocuprime can definitely help in reducing the effect of cataracts.

I decided to not only try it for 30 days but spent $177 for three months worth. I admit there were days that I missed taking a capsule; therefore, my three months worth went beyond the 90 days. When I called to get a refund I was denied. I strongly believe this product is a waste of money!!!

One is better off simply making sure his or her diet consists of all healthy goods, end of discussion. Spend your $177 on good fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc., and you will be better off.

  4. Dave

Does not seem to work for me.
Bought 3 bottles, and used 2, and I cannot attest to any improvement in my vision. I have dry AMD as well as Glaucoma in both eyes and this product so far has been ineffective and does not seem to do anything.

I will use the last bottle because I bought it, and if it somehow then proves to do anything, I will certainly write another review. Maybe it works for others, but not for me.

  5. Mike H.

    Ocuprime worked out for me..
I have tried several products to improve my vision but Ocuprime really worked out for me. I started taking Ocuprime capsules 6 months ago and Now all problems related to my eyes is solved.
