    Mild side effects from Theanine Serene with Relora
    They help with mild anxiety, but they are so large to swallow that they get trapped in your oesophagus if you don’t cut them in half and consume them with plenty of water. However, there are some negative affects from this, such as horrible, splitting headaches that lasted all day.
