Serenagen Review – Final Verdict

Overall, Serenagen is an excellent product worth trying if you’re suffering from anxiety now and then. It can also be used for stress management or just to help you relax.

However, if you have moderate to severe anxiety or any other psychological problem, it would be best to consult a healthcare professional for the appropriate treatment.

Depression and anxiety are common disorders that can make daily tasks extremely challenging. Some estimates allege that approximately one in ten Americans suffer from some level of depression and/or anxiety. Symptoms of anxiety and depression include ongoing feelings of sadness accompanied by unease, irritability, tension, and nervousness. While some people require medication to deal with these occasionally crippling symptoms, others may find an all-natural product helpful. An all natural relaxation supplement should promote healthy neurological function. All ingredients should be clinically proven to reduce feelings of anxiousness, sadness, unease, irritability, tension, and nervousness.

Below you'll find some of the most effective natural nervousness relief supplements on the market today, in our opinion.

    Thankful
My doctor suggested that I take Metagenics Serenagen. I’m in the process of going through menopause. Hot flashes, low mood, interrupted sleep, and constantly having to get up to urinate throughout the night. Sometimes every hour. I went to a urologist, who prescribed a prescription drug, which, incidentally made me feel very tired and headachy. When I went to my integrative doctor, she was not happy about the prescription medicine and requested I use Serenagen. That and black cohosh. I was not expecting much. But, much to my surprise, I immediately noticed (within two weeks) that I was no longer getting up to urinate as much. From a normal 8 times to maybe up to 2 times – or less. I thought it was a fluke, but after 6 weeks, things have been consistent. Another benefit is that I overall feel a lot better. I wake up with more energy and my mood seems better, happier. (Menopause struggles). My hot flashes went from 100% to 1%. (Probably due to the black cohosh.) This supplement formula has been a very positive experience for me. I’m grateful that my integrative doctor believes in non-traditional medicine And traditional medicine. She uses both.
This assessment is based on 6 weeks of taking Serenagen and black cohosh. Not sure if I plateaued or if more improvement is on the horizon.
Question… are there long term negative side effects to continue this supplement on a long term basis.
