I have taken this product for two days. I didn’t feel ANY discomfort or diarrhea, while still cleansing my body and debloating me. However, I am vegan and just now noticed this product contains shellfish and dairy. I’m a little grossed out and disappointed but that’s my fault for not double-checking the ingredients. I would love this product otherwise! Will be in search of a vegan alternative and give what’s left to a family member.
