Herbal Equilibrium Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

Ashwagandha

– This is a medicinal herb with the scientific name Withania Somnifera. There is evidence that it can lower stress and induce relaxation. It may accomplish this by influencing the production of androgens, which are hormones. Specifically, it may increase levels of estrogen and testosterone while reducing cortisol, as mentioned in our review of MenoPhix.

According to a study published in the National Institute Of Health, this herb is very effective at reducing stress and anxiety.[1]

Red Clover Extract

– According to a study from Avicenna J Phytomed, Trifolium Pratense is a flowering plant. It contains isoflavones, which are plant estrogens that, by binding to receptors, can balance estrogen levels in the body. This alleviates many menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and low libido.[2]

Black Cohosh

– This is a plant from the buttercup family that is native to North America. It can balance estrogen levels in the body, thereby alleviating some of the symptoms of menopause. Some study says that, this plant was found to be very effective at treating the early symptoms of menopause, including vasomotor, physical, psychiatric, and sexual issues, according to a study published in Chinese Medicine.[3]

Passionflower

– This is a Passiflora Incarnata flower. It has been shown to effectively treat insomnia and reduce anxiety by increasing levels of the neurotransmitter GABA in the brain, according to a study from Sleep Sci., which is linked to anxiety and relaxation.[4]

Chaste Berry Extract

– These berries come from a tree that grows in Asia and the Mediterranean. It can influence progesterone and estrogen levels in the body, balancing hormones and alleviating menopausal symptoms. It can also affect dopamine levels, which helps to improve your mood.

An article published in the Cleveland Clinic looked at the evidence for the efficacy of this substance in treating menopausal symptoms.[5]

As highlighted in the FemGuard+Balance Review, Vitex supports hormone regulation through the pituitary gland and may naturally improve symptoms linked to PMS and menopause.

Herbal Equilibrium Customer Reviews

Here’s what the users have said about Herbal Equilibrium,

“I noticed a slight improvement in my energy levels after a few weeks of using Herbal Equilibrium™, but my hot flashes didn’t go away completely. It may work for some, but it wasn’t a miracle solution for me. It’s worth a try, but don’t expect instant results.” — Lara J.

Herbal Equilibrium Review – Final Verdict

Herbal Equilibrium claims to help with menopause and hormonal imbalance symptoms, but the results seem to be hit or miss. Some users do see improvements in things like hot flashes and mood swings, but others don’t notice much of a change at all.

If you’re dealing with more severe symptoms, it might not be enough. Plus, the price could be a bit much compared to other similar products. While it does come with a money-back guarantee and some positive reviews, it’s not a guaranteed fix.

You might want to explore other menopause options before settling on Herbal Equilibrium, as there are other products that could offer better results or suit your needs more effectively.

Fortunately, natural therapies for menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, and mood swings are available. Since many women experience weight gain during menopause, many natural menopause supplements contain herbs and botanicals that support a healthy metabolism. Menopause supplements should be evaluated on proven ingredients, ability to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, ability to provide hormonal balance and boost libido and its overall value.

    Billing part is frustrating
I did notice slightly fewer mood swings and maybe a small drop in hot flashes, so it’s not useless. But honestly, the auto-ship enrollment caught me off guard. I prefer choosing when I reorder, not being signed up automatically. Product is okay, just not amazing enough to justify the price + hassle.
  2. Rachel Nguyen

    Decent but overpriced
I took Herbal Equilibrium for 6 weeks, one capsule twice daily. The passionflower might’ve helped with sleep (Sleep Sci. study), but hot flashes were only slightly reduced. The vegan, GMP-certified formula is appealing, but $44 per bottle feels like a stretch for the benefits. The 60-day guarantee gave me peace of mind, but I didn’t see enough improvement to continue. Mild headaches were a drawback. Customer service was helpful, but I’m considering cheaper alternatives with similar ingredients. It’s not bad, just not worth the price for me.

Switched to Herbal Equilibrium from Estrogen Pills
If you are looking for a way to control hot flashes and night sweats resulting from menopause, but want to stop using prescription estrogen pills, Herbal Equilibrium is a good alternative.

I’ve been using it for years, and it effectively controls menopausal symptoms. The pill is rather large and sometimes hard to swallow. It is also more expensive that prescription hormone medications.

However, if I stop taking them, the symptoms return within days. Otherwise, I have experienced no side effects and easily tolerate Herbal Equilibrium and prefer it to pharmaceutical estrogen. I have recommended this to female friends and family members.

Caused depression! Not work for me!
I decided to try this supplement to help relieve symptoms of perimenopause. I felt that I had done enough research and had the results of the quiz to back up my decision. I began taking in August, took one tablet a day so the first bottle lasted 2 months. Near the end of the first bottle started noticing a cough. Really didn’t think to consider the correlation as I just figured I was getting a cold. When I started taking the second bottle I was still having a cough, but no real cold like symptoms, I was coughing enough to notice and wondered about allergies or possible other causes. A week or so into the second bottle I became busy and was forgetting to take them everyday. Up until last week I was taking one every other day. No other supplements had changed. I noticed that the day after I took this supplement I was experiencing a deep depression. I felt very low and was having trouble doing my daily routine, like dishes and laundry without feeling a great sense of despair. The days after, with no prior supplement I felt almost normal. It took few days to put it all together, but each day I would take the supplement after a day of not taking it, the depression and despair hit me harder. After stopping this supplement last week I feel normal, not depressed, and not overcome by a sense of despair and the cough has stopped completely with never having developed into a cold.
