I’m not sure if it works for weight loss but it does give an energy boost for a bout an hour or so, Ive been running and walking a total of 20-25 miles per week and eating clean so Ive lost weight and feel great because of lifestyle changes, i dont use these pills a lot, maybe 1-2 pills a day at most (usually after my breakfast or lunch). Anyways, I really, really wanted these to work for me but they didn’t. So on the first day, I took one pill in the afternoon and it made me go to the bathroom 4 times on that day and I was happy and impressed with only taking 1 pill. I said to myself I wonder what would really happen when I start taking 2 of them. Then the next day I took 1 pill twice on that day and nothing happened and I said well maybe it’ll make me go to the bathroom when I start taking 2 of them so on the third day I took 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening and nothing happened at all. I kept taking them for the past 2 weeks and nothing was happening at all and all it kept doing was making my stomach feel weird like if I had a bunch of food stuck there wanting to come out but couldn’t, it was a horrible feeling. I stopped taking them since they weren’t doing anything to me and decided to give them to my wife to see what would happen with her and she took them for 3 days and no results with her as well. I just don’t get it, the first day I took them I went to the bathroom 4 times and then after that nothing, zero, nada. 2 stars only because they worked on the first day. On the bottle it says “100% Money Back Guaranteed” so I don’t know if I should contact them directly or Amazon for this cause I wish I can get my money back.
