Usually, the next day or really the second day, is where I would hurt the worst. This cut that time in half. Another reason I like this product was my skin, hair, and nails looked GREAT. If you read the ingredients, they are all good for your body. I remember when I read the instructions on how to use this product that you should not consume aspartame.
So, I drank mostly water. Again, this product was marketed to state it was a diet pill, but in my opinion, it was a very good ‘supplement’ for joints, skin, and again, recovery time with working out. I liked it because as a fellow reviewer stated, it did not give me any weird reactions, like a racing heart, anxiety, or jitters. It worked with my body.
