What is Acxion?

Acxion Fentermina is a prescription medication which includes the primary active ingredient phentermine, a stimulant. This medication promises to suppress appetite and speed up the metabolism for rapid fat burning and weight loss.

As a stimulant, phentermine may also provide added energy and could improve exercise endurance. The Gremen company Chemische Fabrik Berg manufactures the Acxion formula and exports it to Mexico.

The medication is difficult to get outside of Mexico legitimately, although there are imitations which are not legitimate for sale on a few online sites. To be safe, you must get a prescription from a doctor.

About the Brand

The manufacturer of the Acxion pills is Chemische Fabrik Berg, which is a major pharmaceutical supplier located in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Germany. Founded in 1953, they have a long history of producing medications for the global market.

What is the Primary Active Ingredient and How Does It Work?

There is only one primary active ingredient in Acxion, which is phentermine with anti-obesity benefits. It’s in the class of drugs called anorectics, which are appetite suppressants. They decrease hunger so you take in less calories, for possible steady weight loss.

A review of a roundtable discussion in Obesity Pillars by Harold Edward Bays, et al discussed the use of phentermine in the treatment of obesity [1].

This drug may work by increasing the synthesis of key brain neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine, chemicals that control your brain’s reward center. The higher levels decrease your need for additional external rewards like snacks and extra portions.

An article published in Trends in Medical Science by Nora D. VolkowGene-Jack Wang, and Ruben D. Baler discussed dopamine, the reward center, control of food intake, and their implications for treating obesity [2].

Phentermine is also a stimulant which is like amphetamines, and it could speed up your metabolism. This puts the body in a state called thermogenesis, which as we explained in our review of Performix could lead to rapid fat burning and weight loss.

A study by Kyoung Kon Kim, et al published in the Yonsei Medical Journal concluded that short term administration of phentermine to obese Korean people led to significant weight loss and a decrease in waist circumference [3].

In addition, the drug provides a great boost in energy which could keep you active and burning calories, and it may even improve your exercise endurance. Doctors usually give this medication to people with a BMI over 30, or over 27 with additional risk factors like diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol levels.

While there are a number of potential side effects associated with phentermine like headaches, dizziness, and nausea, there is research that deems it safe.

A review of the research published in Obesity by Kristina H. Lewis, et al concluded that phentermine was effective and safe for use for longer than 3 months [4].

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Acxion Pills: How to Use

A: You can only obtain Acxion diet pills safely by getting a prescription from a doctor, who will decide on the right dosage for you. The maximum dosage of this pill is 30 mg daily. Be sure to follow the instructions from the doctor and pharmacist carefully for the best and safest results.

Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: Generally there is no return policy for prescription medication once you have left the drug store, but you can enquire with your local pharmacist.

Q: Where to Buy It?

A: While you can find products which claim to be Acxion on some online sites, these are likely not the real thing. It’s not safe to buy this pill from online retailers, as it’s a medication which you must get from a doctor.

The price will vary based on the dosage prescribed, but pharmaceutical websites suggest that one month at 15mg is about $68 and one month of Acxion Fentermina 30mg is about $110.

Q: Is It Worth It?

A: As with many prescription weight loss medications, Acxion doesn’t come cheap, but it still could be worth it to many people if it works to take off the weight.

However, the results vary based on the customer reviews, making it worth it to some and less so to others. It does have some associated potential side effects, which will make it not worth it to some people

Q: What Sets It Apart From the Competition?

A: There are a number of top rated supplements to lower blood pressure, like Phen24, on the market, some of which are stimulant-based and work in a similar fashion, by curbing hunger and speeding up the metabolism. Others have different mechanisms of action. What makes one better or worse often depends on the individual.

What Do the Reviews Say?

The reviews for Acxion and for phentermine as a drug in general were very mixed. Some users did report great weight loss results, while others said the medication stopped working after a little while. Users also described numerous associated Acxion side effects.

These are some of the reviews, to give you an idea of the customer experience taking Acxion or other phentermine pills:

Mixed Feedback

Okay. I have done so much research on phentermine these past few days, and I’m getting a lot of mixed feedback. A lot of people have pretty much no side effects which is obviously great.

But I’ve noticed some people are describing some pretty intense side effects that I have experienced thus far. So I’m only on day 3 of Phentermine 37.5 mg—and I am having an awful time. From a weight loss perspective, I’ve already lost 5lbs in just 3 days…. –~Carly, customer on Consumer Affairs

Stopped Working

This is a follow up on my initial review on phentermine that I published in May 2020. I was 183-186 lbs. in May and for 3 months I was able to go down 20 lbs. After month 3 the medication stopped working. ~ Alex, customer on Consumer Affairs

Doing It the Right Way

I started taking phentermine about 1 month ago (for the 2nd time) and I am down 18lbs. I know that 2lbs per week is healthy, but I assure you… I am doing it the right way. I am not starving myself, eating clean, exercising daily, and drinking close to a gallon of water/day.

This experience is much better than the 1st time I took it after having my 3rd child. I don’t typically have a problem w/my weight, but I gained 60 lbs. when pregnant w/ my 4th child and couldn’t get the weight off.~Kia, customer on Consumer Affairs

Conclusion

As a prescription diet medication, Acxion weight loss pills contains one active ingredient, phentermine, which is a stimulant that may speed up the metabolism and curb appetite. This could promote fat burning and decrease your daily calorie consumption. While sold by some online retailers, this is a medication which you should only get from your doctor.

The reviews for Acxion or for phentermine in general varied in their enthusiasm for the pills. While some users got great benefits, others were less happy with their results, and many people mentioned having side effects like nausea, headaches, and dizziness.

It’s important to stress again that you should only get Acxion diet pills with a doctor’s prescription, and with medical approval. It could interact with other medications, and there are health conditions that preclude taking Acxion.

  1. Monabell Trejo

So far so good love the results its giving me
So far I have taken Acxion and since day one noticed positive changes. It curbed my appetite, gave me energy, helped me with mood swings and concentration. I highly recommend it if you are having trouble keeping a diet.

I had two pregnancies back to back aside from other factors and gained a whopping 50 pounds which now I am desperately trying to lose and keep off. I have never resorted to medication but at this point, I need all the help I can get.

  2. Rachel B.

    Happy with the results
I am on my second box of Acxion. I have lost 13 lbs with the first box and I am very happy with the results. I don’t have my heart racing and I feel more energized. I do have dry mouth but nothing sugarless gum can’t do. I feel great, has worked for me and I am very happy with my results.
  3. David R. Stevens

Acxion does work just be under dr. care
After taking them for a month I lost the stubborn weight I’ve been having trouble with. Yes, your heart will race, that is why you need to be under doctor care. Specially if you gave heart trouble. Dry mouth was bad but drinking water and chewing sugarless gum really helped.. here in the US they cist about $100-$120 for 30 pills. I went to Mexico got two months supply for $70 including the doctor visit. My doctor here in the YS didn’t like that I was taking them but gave me biweekly checkups. They do work.
  4. Melissa B.

Forced me to seek immediate medical attention
Up to now, I don’t know why a product that had claimed to suppress my weight almost led me to my early death. I still think maybe I took something else. However, when my doctor did some tests on me, I remember him explaining how some ingredients in Acxion had caused an adverse reaction that forced my husband to rush me to the hospital. I was just seated in the living room when the worst happened. I experienced shortness of breath. I don’t know what or where I could have been if that happened when I was alone. My husband has forbidden me from taking any supplements to lose weight. He keeps on insisting he still loves me the way I am. I learned it the hard way, and Acxion or any other weight loss supplement is a big NO to me.
