How Does Estrin-D Work?

The menopause supplement works to address weight gain in menopausal women using a special weight loss compound that helps balance hormone levels in the body.

This increases metabolism helping the user lose weight faster even without exercise.

Natural stimulants also work to boost metabolism and increase energy levels.

Certain ingredients also reduce ghrelin levels which is known as the hunger hormone.

This suppresses the appetite of the user naturally which reduces caloric intake.

Estrin-D Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

Vitamins D and B6 help regulate hormone production in the body while magnesium helps with hormone regulation as well.

Most of the herbs in the Estrin-D blend are natural stimulants but the other extracts are known to promote healthy hormone production in the body to assist with weight loss.

Estrin-D Ingredients list as mentioned below-

Vitamin D

According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, adequate vitamin D intake in postmenopausal women is associated with a lower risk of hip fractures due to weak bones.[1]

Yerba Mate Leaf Extract

Yerba mate provides nearly all of the micronutrients required by the human body. Drinking mate on a regular basis will boost your immune system, purify your body, and help you avoid various ailments. Healthy individuals who drink yerba mate on occasion are unlikely to be at risk. Some studies, however, suggest that persons who consume high amounts of yerba mate over a long period of time may be at an elevated risk of some types of cancer, such as cancer of the mouth, throat, and lungs. [2]

DHEA

People take DHEA, a steroid hormone present naturally in the body, to stimulate sexual desire and muscle-building capacity. This hormone is a precursor to both testosterone and estrogen and may aid in the maintenance of hormonal balance.

Estrin-D Review – Final Verdict

Overall, Estrin-D is not a good menopause supplement and it is also not a good weight loss product. The problem is that many ingredients are known to cause side effects and most feedback from users says it causes several adverse effects.

There are similar perimenopause weight gain supplements available on the market for relieving menopause symptoms or/and weight loss during menopause.

Fortunately, natural therapies for menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, and mood swings are available. Since many women experience weight gain during menopause, many natural menopause supplements contain herbs and botanicals that support a healthy metabolism. Menopause supplements should be evaluated on proven ingredients, ability to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, ability to provide hormonal balance and boost libido and its overall value.

Below you'll find some of the most effective menopause supplements on the market today, in our opinion.

    Expensive, but does nothing
Estrin-D is more expensive than other menopause supplements you’d find in the market. If it’s expensive, it must be effective right? With this supplement, the high price does not equate to effectiveness. I used the product exactly as instructed yet none of the advertised benefits came to me. Not only was it useless, but it also made me lightheaded, dizzy, and jittery at times. Seems like I bought this supplement only to add to my problems. Estrin-D is a definite waste of money. I was kinda hoping that they’d reimburse my purchase but just like the supplement itself… nothing happened.
