Who Is the Manufacturer of ARMRA?

ARMRA Colostrum is produced by Rahal Biosciences, Inc., a U.S.-based wellness company founded in 2020 by Dr. Sarah Rahal, a pediatric neurologist. The company is headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, with an additional location in Brooklyn, New York.

ARMRA emphasises quality and safety in its manufacturing processes. The colostrum is sourced from grass-fed cows on small American dairy farms, adhering to ethical “calf-first” collection practices, ensuring that calves receive their required nutrition before colostrum is harvested for human use.

The product is manufactured in FDA-registered facilities that comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and undergoes rigorous third-party testing to verify purity and potency.

Overall, ARMRA positions itself as a premium brand in the wellness market, focusing on delivering high-quality colostrum supplements backed by scientific research and ethical sourcing practices.

How Does ARMRA Work?

ARMRA Colostrum operates by leveraging the bioactive components inherent in bovine colostrum, notably immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, and growth factors. These elements are recognized for their potential to support immune function and gut health[1].

For instance, a review by Ghosh et al. in Nutrients (2021) discusses how bovine colostrum’s constituents may contribute to immune modulation and gastrointestinal health .

Additionally, studies have explored bovine colostrum’s role in maintaining intestinal integrity. Research published in Nutrients (2021) indicates that bovine colostrum supplementation may help in reducing intestinal permeability, which is crucial for gut health[2] .

Moreover, the presence of growth factors like IGF-1 in colostrum has been associated with tissue repair and regeneration, as highlighted in a study by Dos Santos et al. in Cell Biochemistry and Function (2024)[3].

In summary, ARMRA Colostrum’s formulation aims to harness these bioactive compounds to support the body’s natural defense mechanisms and promote gastrointestinal well-being.

ARMRA Ingredients: Are they Safe & Effective?

We deeply researched the key ingredients used in the formulation of the Armra supplement and found that the active ingredient in Armra is, unsurprisingly, Colostrum itself.

ARMRA Supplement Facts

ARMRA Supplement Facts

Colostrum

The active ingredient, Colostrum, is the primary component responsible for the benefits of consistently using this supplement. A meta-study found that bovine colostrum can help treat inflammatory bowel disease and infectious diarrhea.

Another review examined the effects on sick and healthy patients. In both groups, colostrum supplementation reduced intestinal permeability[4].

It is safe and well tolerated as a dietary supplement, at least in healthy individuals. A 2022 trial found it had a good safety profile and could be used as a daily nutritional supplement.

Research suggests colostrum can improve health in both sick and healthy populations, though few severe side effects have been reported. Patients with existing medical conditions should speak to their doctor before supplementation [5].

Citric Acid

According to research published in Toxicological Reports, it is mostly manufactured citric acid (MCA) used extensively as a food and beverage additive. MCA plays a role in causing significant whole-body inflammatory reactions that can cause serious disease states in some individuals[6].

Citric acid can help adjust the pH of medications to make them more stable. It aids the solubility of some compounds, helping them better dissolve in liquid formulations like syrups, elixirs and solutions. This improves absorption and bioavailability.

Some report noticeable health improvements, while others find the results less pronounced.

Q: Is ARMRA FDA Approved?

ARMRA Bovine Colostrum preserves these bioactives through its Cold-Chain BioPotent™ process and is free from hormones and antibiotics. However, it’s important to consult your child’s pediatrician before use to ensure it’s appropriate for their age, health condition, and nutritional needs.

What Do the ARMRA Reviews Say?

Third-party websites like Amazon provide more impartial customer reviews, especially when it comes to Armra before and after experiences. Consumers tend to leave more honest opinions, highlighting both the strengths and weaknesses of products on platforms without any affiliation with the brand.

In fact, customer feedback is mixed depending on whether you’re searching on social media, the ARMRA website, or Amazon, emphasizing the importance of looking at a wide range of opinions. Here are some of the top critical and positive reviews from Amazon

Dan Alexander, one reviewer from the United States, said,

Poor Refund Policy: Paid $41 for something that was supposedly refundable however, I received a $25 refund because when you send something back they charge you $4.99 plus an additional six dollars.

Also, my refund took four weeks from start to finish.

The reason for my refund was because: ARMRA Contains IGF-1 but this is not listed on the label. Result: I purchased something unaware of its ingredients because of its label.

I would not recommend this company due to its costly refund policy. In the end, I have no product but in doing business with this company, I lost $16. I also had to use PayPal to help get my refund back, through a complaint. Then it took four weeks.

This review highlights the importance of reading the fine print on refund policies and being aware of ingredient transparency, which can be a sticking point for consumers who are careful about what they put in their bodies.

Dawnvolt, one of the top reviewers, rated the product a 4-star and gave a detailed review of its strengths and weaknesses.

I received my order of Blood Orange flavor on 4/24. I’m giving myself a few weeks to see if I noticed any changes before leaving a review.

Armra is costly, so I started with one box of 30 packets. I take anywhere from 1-2 packets a day. I dump a packet into a water bottle and shake it vigorously, which mixes it well. Every couple of sips, I’ll shake a bit more. The flavor is doable for me. If you look at the Armra Colostrum ingredients, you will see organic Stevia leaf extract – I’ve always found Stevia to leave a bit of an aftertaste. This, it’s tole with this table, and I just wash it away with an undiluted bottle of water. I can put up with a little aftertaste if this product is sugar-free………

Besides the descriptions above, I am still waiting to notice any other changes. I am not on any medications or take supplements regularly (other than ARMRA).

This review underscores the flavor, ease of mixing, and the presence of sweeteners like stevia, which can be a dealbreaker for some but tolerable for those prioritizing a sugar-free option. It also reflects the patience required when waiting for noticeable results from supplements—a reminder that effects can be subtle or take time.

Joh, another reviewer from the United States, said,

I wanted this to work. I was convinced that it would do all the things it said. But what I ended up finding was the exact opposite. After a few weeks, I started noticing that I was feeling very bloated after I took it. It had zero effects on my bathroom habits. Not only that, I was more constipated than usual! There was no difference in my hair. And my gut was the same as always, if not worse! How is this possible? I don’t know. Some have suggested die-off symptoms, but that doesn’t make sense. I’ve had them before, and this isn’t it. It is not a detox. I felt more bloated than usual after taking it with breakfast one morning. I could almost taste that it was the colostrum that was bothering me. By the way, it does have a flavor to it. So I stopped taking it and almost immediately started feeling better. I started feeling leaner and lost the little bit of weight I had seemingly gained with this product. Go figure! Everyone is not the same. This product is just not for me.

Joh’s experience illustrates that results can vary dramatically, and not everyone will react the same way; some may experience unwanted side effects like bloating or digestive discomfort. This reinforces the importance of monitoring your own body’s response and consulting a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

These reviews show that while some users appreciate the convenience and potential health benefits of Armra Colostrum, others are frustrated by refund policies, ingredient transparency, or simply don’t feel the supplement works for them. As with any wellness product, it’s wise to read a wide variety of reviews and be mindful of your own health needs before trying something new.

User-Generated Review of ARMRA Colostrum

Lose Fat, Boost Immune System and Fix a Leaky Gut with Colostrum (Video Credit: YouTube)

Our Verdict: Armra Colostrum offers benefits for the immune system, gut health and muscle growth. Its high concentration of nutrients and antibodies in the first 48 hours of milk production make colostrum a powerhouse supplement.

However, Armra Colostrum needs improvement. The formula contains unclarified colostrum that could carry pathogens and contains fillers like gelatin and vegetable oil that provide no value.

Price and Value: What Are You Really Getting?

One recurring theme in reviews is the cost of ARMRA. As a premium colostrum supplement, it carries a price tag to match. A single jar can cost upwards of $111.71. Even with the subscribe and save option, it remains a considerable monthly investment, particularly if you increase your intake to the recommended 4 scoops per day. While the container may appear to hold a multi-month supply, at higher daily doses, it typically lasts only about a month.

For some individuals, this makes ARMRA a pricey option, especially when compared to other supplements or wellness investments. There’s also the question of value for money.

Some users start slow with 1 to 2 scoops per day, while others point to clinical studies that use significantly higher doses of colostrum, often 20 to 60 grams daily, compared to ARMRA’s 1 to 4 grams[8]. This dosage gap raises valid concerns about whether the benefits observed in research will translate to this lower-dose supplement.

Is ARMRA Worth Trying?

In the end, most users seem to agree that the health risk of trying ARMRA is minimal. You may notice benefits, or you may not, but it’s unlikely to cause harm. However, considering the high cost, it’s worth evaluating whether it fits your budget, particularly if you’re still on the fence about its effectiveness.

For some, the appeal of a premium supplement justifies the expense. For others, it may be more practical to focus first on foundational health strategies like a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and stress management before committing to a high-cost supplement like ARMRA.

ARMRA Reviews – Conclusion

ARMRA Colostrum is positioned as a premium wellness supplement that draws on the natural benefits of bovine colostrum. It’s formulated to support immune function, gut health, metabolism, and recovery by using bioactive compounds preserved through a proprietary process.

The product is third-party tested, manufactured in cGMP-compliant facilities, and sourced from grass-fed cows, which adds credibility to its safety and quality standards.

But is ARMRA Colostrum right for everyone? While many users report feeling more energized, experiencing better digestion, and seeing real results, it may not suit individuals with dairy allergies or budget-conscious shoppers. Also, the lack of brand-specific clinical studies means there’s still room for scientific validation.

ARMRA Colostrum can be a beneficial addition to your wellness routine especially if you’re looking for an all-natural way to boost immunity and gut health. Just be sure to evaluate your personal health needs and consult a healthcare provider before adding any new supplement to your daily regimen.

Not bad, but could be better
So, i gave this colostrum a shot ‘cause i’m always catching colds and wanted to feel less wiped out.
After a month and a half, i feel a little less run down, but honestly, i still get tired fast. Immune-wise, i guess it helped a bit, but not enough to rave about.
Might keep using it, but I kinda wish it did more…
  2. Tina Rodriguez

Too Pricey for What It Offers
I like the concept behind colostrum, and I understand the potential benefits it offers. However, this brand is quite expensive, and I didn’t notice a significant change in my energy levels or digestion to justify the cost. I was hoping for more noticeable results, especially given the price point. It might work better for others, but for me, it didn’t deliver enough to make it worth continuing.
