Vella Visage customer service

Yes, this happened to me too. They hide the terms and conditions in the gray word TERM at the very bottom of the website, does not even look like a link and they never refer to any terms and conditions where you enter your information. This is a scam. Please do not order!

I too was charged $89.95. I was told that I had agreed to pay this amount. When I asked to be sent the agreement it was not sent to me. I called the number on the bottle and was given a 50% refund. This is a scam. Please do not order! The product does not work and the company (whoever the real company is) is not reputable.

This is a scam! Now they call it Vella and Veena. They don’t mention anything about a 14-day trial and being charged later.

Ripped off on false advertisement

Hello, I ordered the Bella syrup and Geena cream for a 14-day free trial. Now I was expecting to get 14 days to try this product. I have had it for 7 days and am now being charged 89.95 x 2..179.90 for something that has not had time to work. This is just so wrong. I’m being charged to use something that most if the trial period time was in mail rout. That is so wrong to do to someone. Then when I call about it, I’m told to bad that’s how we do it. I haven’t had time to see if this product works or not, but sure am paying for it. That’s not a way to run a company. So disappointed in how I was treated and false advertisement, that I canceled out my order. I think it is sad that u don’t give a proper time to use this product before u take someone’s money. Sadly disappointed in ur company and will let people know how u operate. Then on top of that, I look back on the internet and I can order the same stuff for only 24.95. What a RIP off I’ve been dealt from this company.
