What Do the Reviews Say?
It helped with mental focus!
So, the mental focus with this is real. Unfortunately, I’m still having issues directing that energy toward ONE goal. The brain fog is definitely lifted and my brain is switched on, but it almost makes the squirrel brain… worse? I’m thinking of stacking it with some theanine to see if I can get the mental understanding, but then calm down and focus it on singular tasks. I’ll try to remember to update the review after I try that.

True Focus is just a mediocre brain enhancement supplement with the usual active ingredients. The main problem is that it has not undergone clinical testing so there is no evidence that it is effective or safe. The only thing worth trying is the low price, but better formulations on the market are significantly more effective.
However, smart buyers always search for products that stand in terms of quality and trust not only on price. Hence, we recommend you explore the competitor products such as Ageless Brain which comes from a trusted manufacturer and is backed by consumer reviews.
More than ever people of all ages are struggling with memory problems. People are unable to disconnect from their work, while students are under immense pressure to perform. Brains are overloaded with information that must be remembered. A quality memory enhancement product might contain clinically proven ingredients that will help to enhance not only memory, but also focus and night concentration. Memory products might help to optimize overall mental health and brain function.
Below you'll find some of the most effective memory products on the market today, in our opinion.
