Sadly, the next 4 days I took it, things declined. I only took one capsule a day, in the morning, and found that I had headaches on and off, chest pain, fatigue, and eventually more brain fog than before I was taking this. So I stopped, and all the symptoms went away. I felt less foggy too, so maybe it helped.
