    Pros and Cons for me!!
Ok so I bought these because I was starting school again and the reviews made it sound great. The guy that said it upped his blood pressure in another review was right. I am only able to take 1 a day and it zones me out, increases my anxiety, and raises my blood pressure to the point I thought I was going to faint at one point (thankfully I was sitting down already). Then again I do think the ginko works as it should and helps with memory some but I felt like I was on my old prescribed weight loss meds. So it did help curb my appetite, make me very alert, and help with memory some. I gave it 1 star because I’m not sure if the good out weighs the bad or not. If you don’t have blood pressure problems then I would suggest them, but if you do then you may want to have a DR.’s number on speed dial just in case.
