Contacted their customer service, they can’t re-route the package, they can’t let us speak to a supervisor, and they won’t put a note of us calling in on the account. They just kept asking for more personal information. phone number, address, email, etc. When my mom saw the ad on social media about trying it out for $20 (only cover shipping), she ended up getting charged $200 for 2 times.
They told me they wouldn’t allow us to file any sort of complaint through them so we will go ahead and do so with the BBB.
This is by far the worst experience we ever had with any Commerce company.
