Plus, I love that it has 31 organic ingredients that are all good for you plus the enzymes, probiotics, and prebiotics that are good for you as well. It is not the cheapest alternative but if you simply want something that is supposed to taste good and has good ingredients as something to have to make you less hungry, this is a good choice.
