    The L-Carnitine product is pretty horrible and not worth the money
    L-Carnitine not worth the money. I ordered L-Carnitine in the hopes of reducing my appetite, but it had the opposite effect. I only wanted sweets and junk food. I threw them out right away because they don’t work.
