Matthew is a Nutrition Manager and has worked in multiple, large-scale acute-care patient service operations.

Matthew has been a Registered Dietitian since 2018 and has focused his work primarily in large, hospital foodservice operations. He also spent considerable time performing nutrition education activities geared toward educating his community on the benefits of healthy nutrition practices.
