This is the worse customer service experience I have ever had and strongly suggest that you do not purchase this product unless you do not plan to have them occur return.

I have spent hours on the phone with my credit card company, providing them with documentation and they have not helped me either. I cancelled the product 15 minutes after ordering and they still sent the product.
I returned it and they did not acknowledge the receipt of the return, November 2022. I received another shipment in December 2022, which I promptly returned – they have not acknowledged that either.
The credit card company wants confirmation of cancellation of the membership that I had no knowledge of. The cancellation notice that was emailed to me by the company hasn’t been acceptable to the credit card company.

I returned both, and have not received a refund for either! My credit card company refused the dispute because the tracking number shows the packages were returned to the Post office, but the merchant hadn’t picked it up yet, so they won’t do anything about it. It’s a POST OFFICE BOX! There is NOTHING reputable about this company.

I immediately contacted the customer service dept. to cancel the order. Was told that the product had already shipped. The product shipped 2 weeks later. Contacted my bank to dispute the charges. When the product finally came in 3 weeks later I called again to get a return authorization to return the product.
Customer service told me my account had been closed and I could not return the product and would not receive any money back. The company makes sure they do not have any company information on the packaging or on the products. This company should be shut down and not allowed to reopen under another name.

I didn’t start any dispute back then, been too busy at my work. All of a sudden, several weeks later my bank is messaging me that the same company Ketolux charged my account for $159.85 again.
I never made any purchases from Ketolux again! Because of them, my credit card was blocked and new ones only came in 10 business days. Let alone, the product doesn’t work as well. Another scam!
