  • Dinner: One portion fat, one portion protein, two portions of vegetables
  • Snacks: One cup of bone broth two times per day

For non-fasting days, you should only consume the recommended foods. These are foods from the protein, fruit, vegetables, and fat categories. The consumption routine should be as follows:

21 Day Maintenance Plan

According to the manufacturer, you need to follow what they call the 80/20 plan to be able to maintain your weight. However, you can only shift to this plan once you have reached your weight loss goal with the 21 days Bone Broth Diet.

What the 80/20 plan means is that 80% of the time, you need to eat only approved foods, and the other 20% of the time you can shift from the diet and consume foods like alcohol and dairy products.

    Not worked for me!!!!!
    After 1 month, I haven’t felt anything. I broke out and had a headache for ten days, and of course you can’t exchange it. I only lost 1 pound, but it was because I stopped eating things like sugar.
