Bioslim Overview
When you first see it, the Bioslim site appears to contain so much information that it is actually difficult to navigate. The website is very slick and commercial looking but is actually so chock full of information that it can be difficult to work through.
A holistic weight loss approach is utilized by Medicus, the manufacturer of Bioslim. Their approach is to try to help their customers lose weight and make healthier lifestyle choices that last.
It’s a three-part program – the Bioslim pills, a diet, and an exercise program. Bioslim has a membership section, in which they offer healthy recipes, tips on living a healthy lifestyle, other weight loss tools, and a doctor’s ‘hotline’.
On the website, the long and detailed FAQ provides all the information regarding the program that you could possibly need, including a page with detailed product information, a large testimonial area, and instructions on how to go about placing an order.

How Does It Work?
You can buy the complete Bioslim kit in either the adult or child’s version. They also sell refills of the individual types of pills. The program has three different phases, each with its own series of pills. The entire program is designed to boost your metabolism to promote weight loss and then to help you keep the weight off.
During the first phase of the program, you take the Bioslim Accelerator, which contains natural substances to promote weight loss, like green tea, seaweed herbs, ginseng, calcium, chromium polynicotinate, and the Bioslim pyruvate complex. Next, you take the Ultra Slim Tone pills.
They are similar to the first pills, but also have a few new ingredients, like co-enzyme Q 10, licorice and dong quai. Ultra vita/min plus includes many of these ingredients such as green tea and ginseng but also has several vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, D, E, B-complex, C, calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
There is a thorough list of the product’s ingredients; however, there is no picture of the label, so you can’t know how much of each ingredient is included. The recommended dosing schedule is quite detailed, and you’ll probably need to print out a copy of it.
What Are the Ingredients?
1. Ultra SlimTone Formula
Green Tea
– Green tea contains a lot of polyphenol antioxidants, such as the catechin known as EGCG. These antioxidants may improve health in a number of ways[1].
Quercetin
– A flavonoid called quercetin stimulates oxidative metabolism. Through a reduction in feed efficiency, quercetin might lower weight growth. The objective of the current study is to assess weight growth, caloric intake, and feed efficiency in quercetin-supplemented inactive and active rats.
2. Ultra Accelerator
Sargassum and Laminaria
– Laminaria is used to treat radiation sickness, high blood pressure, constipation, weight loss, and high blood pressure. Additionally, it helps to prevent cancer.
Chromium Polynicotinate
– People who only partially respond to antidepressants seem to have mood improvements after taking chromium picolinate or chromium polynicotinate[2]
. low sugar levels. According to preliminary research, those who have low blood sugar can improve their symptoms and raise their blood sugar levels by taking chromium chloride daily for three months.
3. Ultra Vita/Min Plus
BioSlim Pyruvate Complex
– Pyruvate has been shown in numerous trials to help obese people lose weight by increasing resting metabolic rate, preserving lean body mass during weight loss, and even helping directly.
Pantothenic acid
– Pantothenic acid, or vitamin B5, is one of the eight B vitamins. The body needs glucose, which is created when food (carbohydrates) are converted into fuel (B vitamins), to provide energy. These B vitamins, commonly known as B complex vitamins, aid in the body’s utilisation of fats and proteins.
