    Should You Purchase This Product? So I’ve spent some time researching the best way for a girl like me to lose weight. My office has a few health nuts, so I like to listen in when they talk about diet and nutrition. When I asked around for simple ways to lose weight quickly, I received conflicting responses. I had to do my own research to figure out what I was supposed to eat. So I went on a 2-day diet. And the results are obvious. But, before I draw any conclusions, I need to give it another shot.
