Luminess Air helps make-up users feel confident in their own skin by allowing them to choose their shade properly, customizing their kit, and not using toxic chemicals in their formulas.

The airbrush tool is a novel option that was only available to professional make-up artists and Luminess Air allows people to have access to these tools. Various reputable authorities in the beauty industry have given this product positive reviews.

    The worse company ever
This is by far the worse cosmetic company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy it. It is a scam. I did not like the makeup and I ask for them to cancel. Never was told that if you don’t like the makeup then return the machine. They charged me $150 for crap! Customer service is the worse. This company is trying to make money and do understand their product or care about their customers.

    Please cancel me out!
I tried it and did not like it. Every time I would call to cancel my account. They won’t let me get there addresses to send back. This is crazy! I never delt with a company like this. Like now you haft to write a certain amount of words. Please just stop sending me makeup everyday & I never wanted the makeup they send me. I did not give permission to send me this makeup.

Crap and the company is also
They send me a bill 9 months after I received it, saying I order this I did not. That was back in Jan 2018. called wanted to know what this was, they told me I said never heard of it or ordered it, wanted me to give them my credit card I said no, why would I give you my cc for something I didn’t order, We when back and forth, nothing else was said. Look at my credit report Dec 2019 and this was on it as nonpayment. Contacted credit report they took it off. April 2020 Monterrey finance contact me and threaten me to pay 270.00. The woman on the phone didn’t listen did what she wants anyway I paid it to hope she chocks on it… what goes around comes around. It wasn’t worth me to get a lawyer, but people be aware.

    Return policy refund
Luminous air was ok. I didn’t see anything special about the coverage. It looked somewhat fake on my face. I returned the product as instructed by the customer service department. I completed the online authorization form and paid shipping of $12.00 to have it sent back as instructed. I assumed everything was taken care of but then get billed unexpectedly in my checking account. I contacted customer service and had to supply them with a tracking number. Then they tell me “we have your package” – no kidding I sent it all but 2 weeks ago. So now I have to wait approx. 3-5 days for a refund.

    Scam Artists- Do NOT BUY!
The system did not work well at all and I not only returned the airbrush machine, and paid for the returned shipping, I also called customer service and cancelled my “membership”. The following month I saw another charge, for the machine, so I called once again to give them the tracking number since they claim that they had not received the machine. They proceeded to reverse the charges, days later, and promised that the entire membership had been cancelled. They also advised that another shipment had been sent and just refuse the shipment. When I received this package, I returned the shipment by not accepting it. The agent assured me that there would be no further charges on my account. Today, one month later, again, I received another charge. I have been on hold with them for 30 minutes now, to get this charge removed, ONCE AGAIN, and try once again to completely cancel my membership. Good luck trying to get out of this crappy product membership.

    BUYER BEWARE!!
Sadly I was told that this airbrush system was great. I was a model years ago so I like the idea of this airbrush clean way of applying makeup. So I purchased the basic system with some primer and blush. One of the plastic cheap bottles arrived broken and makeup was on everything. I cleaned up and threw out the broken plastic bottle. Then I tried the system for 5 days. It is very easy to apply. But, my skin is mature and dry, and sensitive. I immediately felt tight, painful skin. I took it off and added DHC virgin olive oil under the makeup. I reapplied with no difference. I added primer with no difference. I broke out in red bumps on my face. In any case, this is not for mature skin. It is for oily or normal skin without blemishes or to cover acne. I am giving it to a younger friend. If you are over 40 forget this stuff. Also, covering acne with thick makeup will only make it worse. I am a nurse and clean dry skin is best. Good luck.
