Betarol Overview

Formed by a team of research nutritionists at Health Research Laboratories, a company formed in 1995, Betarol uses natural ingredients that are pharmacologically effective to help men sleep better, have a more comfortable time urinating, experience enhanced libido, and feel more energy in general.

Developed and marketed as an alternative to potentially dangerous chemical-filled drugs, the combination of ingredients found in this product work just as effectively for many but in a natural dietary supplement form. The manufacturer’s website contains an FAQ section as well as a blog on health issues. The price drops per bottle the more bottles are ordered and the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee. Customer service seems to be available through an 800 number.

How Does Betarol Work?

The major ingredient of Betarol, as the name suggests, is beta-sitosterol, a type of plant-based phytosterol that has been demonstrated to improve men’s urological function. It cannot directly affect the health and functionality of the prostate, but it can alleviate the symptoms of numerous forms of prostate problems, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and chronic prostatitis (CP).

It is particularly well-known for assisting males in completely emptying their bladders, hence reducing the frequency with which they must use the restroom. This also helps men sleep better since they don’t have to wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, which can lead to greater energy, a better mood, and enhanced brain performance.

Ingredients in Betarol – Are They Safe & Effective?

Beta-Sitosterol

Beta-sitosterol can be found in a variety of plants, but it is particularly abundant in the berries of the saw palmetto tree. Saw palmettos are palm tree related, and their berries, while unpleasant to the taste and smell, are one of the most powerful herbal prostate health aids known to science[1].

Campesterol

Campesterol is a plant sterol with cholesterol-lowering and anticarcinogenic properties; it and other plant sterols frequently lower overall LDL cholesterol levels. Campesterol has anti-inflammatory properties; it inhibits various pro-inflammatory and matrix degradation mediators that are commonly involved in osteoarthritis-induced cartilage degradation; it is also frequently used to treat certain prostate disorders.

Saw Palmetto

Saw palmettos are a relative of the palm tree and their berries, while unpleasant in taste and smell, are one of the most potent herbal prostate health aids that are known to science.

Betarol includes 100mg of saw palmetto separate from their dose of beta-sitosterol, which is considered a particularly small dosage amount for products of this nature.

Selenium

This is less than a third of the zinc that our experts recommend, and it also has only a quarter or less of the selenium that they consider optimum.

Zinc

Zinc is a significant element of prostatic fluid and has been linked to the formation and appropriate functioning of the prostate. Normal prostate tissues from healthy people accumulate the most zinc in the body.

Pumpkin Seed Extract

Pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil have gained popularity as treatments for prostate hypertrophy. Pumpkin seeds are high in nutrients and have been shown to benefit prostate enlargement.

Overall, 12 months of pumpkin seed treatment resulted in a clinically significant reduction in IPSS compared to a placebo in men with BPH.

    Expensive & Works very slow
So far as I am aware, it is only available online. I believe these Betarols work as well as most others I’ve tried, although the price is more. I believe you can make more money with another brand.
