It also effectively reduces swelling through the anti-inflammatory effects of its other components like fish oil, Bromelain, Boswellia, and Borage oil.

VitalMax Flexitor Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

It contains the following ingredients:

Glucosamine

Glucosamine is a naturally occurring substance in the body that is present around connective tissues especially around the joints. It is needed for the repair of damaged joint tissues.[1]

Chondroitin

– It is also a naturally occurring substance in the body that is essential for promoting cartilage health. As discussed in our FlexoPlex Review, Chondroitin is a key component often found in joint health supplements. The combination of glucosamine and chondroitin provides relief for people suffering from osteoarthritis[2].

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) provides the body with organic sulphur, an element that is essential for cartilage and bone health.[3]

Boswellia

Boswellia has anti-inflammatory properties which can reduce joint swelling and stiffness.[4]

Fish Oil

– It contains omega-3 fatty acids like EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which are known to support joint health. EPA also reduces the inflammatory response of the body.[5]

Bromelain

– As per our peer-reviewed of ArthroZyme Plus, Bromelain’s anti-inflammatory properties can help reduce joint inflammation, which is a common source of pain and discomfort in conditions like arthritis. Additionally, bromelain may assist in improving the absorption of certain medications commonly used to manage joint pain.

Borage Oil

– It contains a fatty acid called gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is believed to have anti-inflammatory properties.

4 capsules a day that is difficult for me to take.
I am taking a lot of supplements, but this is the one, VitalMax Flexitor, that I know is working. If I miss taking it, I can actually feel a difference in my joints. The recommended dosage is 4 capsules a day, which can be difficult for me to take.
