Their official website claims that their products are sold all over the world and are well-regarded by members of the fitness community. The company makes a wide array of workout, pre workout, and post workout supplements.

How Does Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate Work?

It should be noted that this supplement does not use creatine hydrochloride. Instead, it is supposed to work by using creatine monohydrate which may be more readily absorbed by the body. This means it may take effect quickly and yield noticeable effects.

Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate is also supposed to work by accelerating muscle recovery after a workout or intense exercise. In a placebo-controlled study conducted by the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, it was stated that:

“In the current study however, the Cr-supplemented group exhibited an enhanced rate of muscle function recovery compared to the placebo group.”

The makers of this product also claim that it will work by increasing the user’s muscle mass. While some studies have suggested that creatine supplementation may help increase muscle mass and accelerate growth, they also acknowledge that the effects are not universal and more research is needed.

Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate Supplement Facts

Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine monohydrate is a compound that has been commonly used in sports medicine and in the fitness industry to help build lean muscle and improve physique. There have also been claims that creatine supplementation also yields improvements in cognitive ability.

For instance, one PubMed report lauded the use of creatine monohydrate for the purpose of improving cognitive function. Here is an excerpt from that report:

Current evidence suggests that creatine monohydrate supplementation may confer beneficial effects on cognitive function in adults, particularly in the domains of memory, attention time, and information processing speed.

However, that same report goes on to say that more tests and studies are warranted to fully validate these conclusions. And while creatine may help aid in muscle recovery and provide more energy to the muscles during intense workouts, it’s not without its downside.

One of the adverse effects of creatine monohydrate observed in high-quality clinical studies is water retention. In fact, the National Institutes of Health have stated that:

It does appear that the most common adverse effect of creatine supplementation is water retention in the early stages.

Creatine Monohydrate, as also highlighted in The Curse Creatine Monohydrate Review, supports energy production at the cellular level by restoring ATP, which may help maximize workout intensity and results

What Do the Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate Customer Reviews Say?

Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate reviews have been mixed with some people saying that it works and others complaining about various aspects:

Juan Mendez, an Amazon customer who tried Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate, shared his experience:

Watch Out for Facial Swelling/Bloating!
I think it’s an okay creatine, but I’m switching back to my old one because this one doesn’t help my muscles recover as fast, and it made me super bloated. The same thing happened to my sister—she said it took about a month to go away. Overall, it feels pretty mid.

Another Amazon customer noted:

Does Not Dissolve Properly!!
This product does not dissolve at all, not even in warm liquid. I let it sit on the counter for a long time, and when I try to stir it quickly, all the powder eventually settles back at the bottom of the glass. I know I’m not getting the full dose because even after stirring and drinking what I can, there’s still powder stuck to the sides of the glass. I’ve also added a picture comparing it to my dissolved collagen—both have been sitting on the counter for the same amount of time. — Verified Purchase

I’ve have used creatine for the past seven years without any issues, but this was my first time trying “Essentials” Creatine Monohydrate, and it did not go well. Shortly after 30 minutes of taking this product, I experienced an unexpected allergic reaction. –Axel

Opened it after the return cutoff so I can’t return, but this came with no scooper. Is this normal?

Easy to mix creatine. A lot in of creatines I’ve tried are hard to drink because they I’m don’t mix well and are chalky.. this mixes very well and is NSF Sport Certified. Solid product And I will continue to use! No upset stomach.

Bucked Up Creatine Monohydrate Review: Conclusion

    Kinda hype, not impressed
I grabbed Bucked Up because everyone was hyped about gains, but honestly, I’m not feeling that crazy boost. I was expecting some serious pumps and energy, but after three weeks, it’s just… meh. My lifts went up a little, but not the beast mode I imagined. Feels pricey for what it is… kind of underwhelming, to be real.
